Fellow Cameroonians and members of the International Community

The March for the Freedom of Cameroon from corrupt tyranny and dictatorship must continue beyond the fake Presidential elections on October 9th,2011.This a bloodless revolution of the conscience ,which began since 2006 with a road map to the peace process in Cameroon.

Therefore, I insist that President Paul Biya and his cohorts within the CPDM regime must step down peacefully and spare our country people and the world of any  impending bloodshed.
I will never stop mobilizing, advocating, raising awareness and inciting people to stand up for their civil and human rights but we do not need another genocide or civil war again in Africa as  a result of our ethnic differences compounded by the worst cronyism ever as well as divide and conquer cynism of the CPDM regime.

We will not look back until the humty-dumpties are brought down. We are determined and the world must stand with the oppressed. Pass it on...

Subject: THE MARCH FOR THE FREEDOM OF CAMEROON CONTINUES

My fellow Cameroonians and members of the International Community

Fellow friends of the global village, where there is no black or white except bridges acrosss barriers!

The march for freedom heralds a new phase in the revolution of the conscience and translates  into a continuous appeal for Camseroonians who are drunk with power to watch out. Here is the voice for the voiceless again as usual. President Paul Bya and CPDM, have been told to leave powerful peacefully and give way to a transitional period so that our generation should  continue rebuilding Cameroon. We did not approve the elections ,which is why there was a massive boycott. Our voices should not be drowned or manipulated by power and political gimmicks through wasteful financial bribery to enhance mediocrity.

Please, do no force or push the people against the wall.Cameroonians are a very special people, a chosen people. The Cameroon promise  for the people must be reached in the absence of a bloody revolution. I pray for my country oh God of freedom so that the light of  truth and liberty will shine unto us all and that as we seek thee in this seemingly dark tunnel of shame and humiliation, as we crawl ahead, let the light at the end of the tunnel approach us faster than we have ever thought of or imagined in our wildest dreams for how long shall we wait?

I have known in my life time that dictators have their own definition of some English phrases like;

1) President Paul Biya Re-elected in a country where there are no  President Bill Clintons, President George Bushes ,President Ronald Reagans, President Jimmy Carters, President Thomas Jeffersons, President Woodrow Wilsons and only a feeble and ailing long time dictator by name President Paul Biya  at about 80 years the only one good enough to continue dragging us down the drain of stagnation?

2) Landslide Victory under dictatorship and corrupt tyranny that has never known fairness and transparency except lies?

3)  Democracy with 23 Presidential candidates bribed with a lofty sum of about 30 million each  in a country of only 20 million people?

4) Supreme Court justices in a country that the judicial system is dictated by the President for the President and of the President against the people

5) Pesidential candidates who declared to run for President barely two weeks into such charade to show how in some part of West ,Africa called Cameroon, there are some human beings who are foolish enough to be manipulated like anything by a system that has said nay to accountability and transparency? Where on earth could someone win an election in a competitive democracy that is built on the rule of law?

Today, I solemnly take this oath to oncemore distant myself from this kind of very troubling pattern of insanity but simultaneously to continue this march for the freedom of Cameroon. But, I insist that President Paul Biya and the CPDM regime have proven to the world beyond reasonable doubts that they are a well crafted form of dictatorship that could succeed to live in lies.

I am calling on the United Nations and the Supreme Courts of the United States  as well as the ICC  to mount an international probe into the fraudulent Presidential elections in Cameroon with respect to our clarion call for the universal human rights and principles for human dignity to be upheld. This means that this struggle has moved to its new phase because I will never hope for any kind of violence in order to change the CPDM system in Cameroon. They should use their eyes and see. It is time up. I speak as the anointed peaceful one .

Dictator Paul Biya and his CPDM cohorts are clearly on the wrongside of history and should stop forcing themselves against the people through all the facade and false front mounted on October 9th , 2011 through bribery , fraud and lies. We cannot choose  all these over the truth. That nation , Cameroon must be a gift of God to us Cameroonians and humanity. It must not be a private plantation for President Paul Biya and his small group of corrupt Cameroonians and their children at home and abroad.

We will not give up this struggle to ensure that President Paul Biya and his CPDM big wigs are not above the rule of law.
When the rule of law is absent in any society, the effects are very damaging to any sense of good governance as well as promotion of human rights and civil rights.
It  is totally unacceptable for people to taunt our commonsense and reason with cynicism at a time in history when we all should be on the same wavelength singing songs of liberty and dancing to the music of freedom, which have all preceded us. I mean  in this age when the world hassd experienced , yet a remarkable and triumphant progress with the towering realizations and achievements of post-modern, who really wants to be stuck with a 17th century primitive mentality and governments?

Continue to read on and pass it on .

Subject: Urgent Telegram to the Supreme Court of Cameroon via... My expectations from the SUPREME COURT JUSTICES OF CAMEROON

My fellow Cameroonians and Members of the International Community
Members of the Civil Society International
Members of the International  Non-Governmental Organizations
Members of the USA Congress
Members of the  Press and Media

This Telegram is directed to the Supreme Court of Cameroon via ;

1) The USA Ambassador to Cameroon in whose country, I am under political asylum

2) The Cameroon Ambassador to the United States  of America who represents and serves the Cameroon Dictator Paul Biya

Desiderata states;

"Speak the truth quietly and remember what peace there may be in silence..."

The Supreme Court of Cameroon Vs the Supreme Court of the United States

The quest for Good Governance and the Rule of law in the making

If we suppose that there is  a valid electoral law as argued below, then it goes without saying that the Supreme Court of Cameroon is  bound to cancel the fake Presidential elections or we will have to try other ways to get justice. All of us have read the law and there is sufficient grounds upon, which to annul such stupid and fake elections.

1) The Supreme can either modify the results to suit the dictator or cancel the fake elections to suit the truth and justice per the law below;
"Section 100 of the law states that, “The results of the election shall be published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French. The publication shall apply to any decision by the Constitutional Council to modify or cancel the said results.”

2) President Dictator Paul Biya and Mr Ni John  Fru Ndi declared their candidacies only two weeks into the elections ,which is clear evidence that two of them have conspired to rig the elections against the will of the Cameroon people, which is why majority of Cameroonians boycotted. It is very very disturbing that a country would be expected to elect a leader who enters into the Presidential race late. There must be a hidden agenda because no serious and responsible politician who has a sense of good governance and the rule of law would take voters, electorates and citizens for granted like this. These men toy with our lives like what. It must stop and those elections are not a true reflection of the will of the people given that majority of Cameroonians boycotted, to begin with.

3) Paul Biya was never eligible to run for President per the constitution especially article 66 ,which calls for assets declaration. The fact that he has never declared his assets as well as all members of Parliament regardless of political affiliation automatically disqualifies him and any other in that category from running for any public office

4) Elections overseas was clandestine and never respected the civil rights of all other Cameroonians under political asylum. The Supreme Court will have to deal with this issue, which is also good enough to cancel. What I mean is the Supreme Court of Cameroon must look into the reckless and fraudulent overseas mission of ELECAM,  which had barely two weeks to register Cameroonians in the Diaspora. It is mind boggling that at this time in history, a nation that has diplomatic ties with  the free world could not learn from them on how to  engage their citizens abroad. The Cameroon embassy and Ambassador within the USA has been very indifferent and hostile to Cameroonians who do not cite with the CPDM ruling Party and this alone undermines any fair and transparent elections within the USA to say the least.
All these issues and more warrant the Supreme Court of Cameroon to cancel the recent Presidential elections in Cameroon held on 10/9/2011.

Beyond the Supreme Court of Cameroon to the Supreme Court of the United States

The Political Asylee's Diplomatic Questions

Does the United States of America have the constitutional power /right to be dragged into the  constitutional issues regarding Cameroon? Well, to answer this question, one must first of all ask the question, is the CPDM Party constitutionally established within the United States? If not why are they operating here? The next question is, did the Cameroon CPDM regime register Cameroonians to vote within the USA? Who were registered and why were other Cameroonians not registered? The Supreme Court will then proceed to question the various reasons why Cameroonian citizens immigrated into the United States as well as question whether some Cameroon-American citizens and others had violated the constitution of the United States by participating in the political activities and affairs of Cameroon without due process?

I will be bound to turn to the Supreme court of the United States to seek justice if the Supreme Court of Cameroon does not do what is right, which is cancel the  fake and unconstitutional Presidential elections in Cameroon ,which sort of took place on 10/9/201. In this newest press release I have put forth  the reasons why I will seek redress from the Supreme Court of the United States and ICC etc by asking the tough questions. As you all know I am a  political asylee diplomat within the USA , which means after being persecuted in Cameroon  by the system,  I became a political advocate and activist  on behalf of my fellow Cameroonians oppressed by the system.

However, the CPDM regime and CPDM Party have children and supporters within the United States on political asylum, too. Besides, the CPDM regime have tried to manipulate the international community by expanding the electoral map as well as the political landscape of Cameroon to the United States of America but at the sametime refused to recognize every other Cameroonian's civil rights. This is justified by the fact that the CPDM Party is first of all operating illegally within the USA and worst still the CPDM Party used intimidation tactics to prevent those of us on political asylum from registering as voters or candidates for transitional change. This means that our civil rights have been violated by the  illegal CPDM Party right here in America where the rule of law is critical for the preservation of this civilization for humankind.

The Moral  task before the Supreme Court of Cameroon

In matters of Supreme injustice, the Supreme Court Justices are expected to put on their legal thinking cap and think outside of the box so as to ensure that truth, justice and the rule of law prevails over mediocrity. In the past weeks I  have raised enough awareness against the fake and unconstitutional Presidential elections in Cameroon as far as crave the indulgence of the world most powerful organization to assist us form a transitional government.

Now, under 24 hours, Cameroonians and the world are waiting for the Supreme Court to make a decision that  could catapult Cameroon into the possibilities of change or throw the nation into chaos. It is quite easy to predict the outcome of the decision of the Supreme Court Justices granted that they are always acting under the whims and caprices of Dictator Paul Biya.

However this used to happen at the time when we were  still very young and had no opportunity like we do now. The Supreme Justices are very capable to rise  above the system of dictatorship and the Dictator to prove to the world that  Cameroon is a society that also understands the meaning of " We , the people"  or look the other way as usual and face the music of an endless battle for truth and justice.

The unconditional  Downfall of the CPDM Humpty-Dumpty Regime

This moment in history is critical for all of us as I continue to make my case for a virtuous and free Cameroon.  I can't wait for the downfall of the corrupt tyranny and dictatorship in Cameroon that has bred and harbor  chronic  thieves, criminals and their children  within Cameroon and all over the world. Yes, history is on our side and I could not be more thankful to God almighty and to the founding fathers of America as well as the soldiers of  the civil rights whose spirits has ushered America and the world to a new era.

While this country has most definitely provided shelter and safety to many ungrateful Cameroonians who continue to persecute me because they see me as a threat to their corrupt parents back in Cameroon, by the same token, the United States has prepared  many of us with their story to change our countries. Only  some kind of  spiritual, moral and intellectual blind people could walk by America, live within America or study within America and fail to be inspired/ fired up by the positive  energy that she exudes. For years I was more interested in what Americans and the world have to teach me about where I come from than what they were doing wrong or right in the world.

I have a good and clean conscience to know that it is not right to be comfortable inside America while millions of my fellow Cameroonians are  oppressed and beaten down by the CPDM regime and their children living in opulence overseas. For 11 years I took my story as a born Cameroonians citizen who was persecuted in Cameroon for seeking change in the country via the Church  to the hallways of powerful religious men and women  within the United States. Oh, yes I have spoken truth to powers like never before and quite honestly there has been moment when I asked myself, was it really worth it as some of these most powerful men and women cracked down on me like the sad experience I had in Cameroon.

If I have been resilient till date, thanks to the fact that the United States remains the beacon of hope for humanity. I persisted and insisted on the  cause not only because it is the truth but more importantly, the United States society and people have trained and propelled me as a force for good in the world. My parents and my teachers in Cameroon performed a wonderful job and assisted me in laying a solid moral and spiritual foundation for the big plans God had for Cameroon and the world.

The legal case against CPDM regime and CPDM Party

  • We, cautioned all Cameroonians  who were pushing for these fake elections that President Paul Biya was NOT  first and foremost eligible to run for President.
  • We also presented clear evidence from a constitutional point of view about his  ineligibility regardless of the fact that he  tampered with the constitution in 2008.
  • We argued that it was first of all unacceptable for him and the CPDM Party to single handedly manipulate the truth and altered the constitution solely to suit his quest for life President.
  • We also argued that Paul Biya and his CPDM regime had committed  crimes against humanity with the 2008 massacre of innocent unarmed civilians as well as the arbitrary arrest and illegal imprisonment of about the same number simply because of free speech
  • We also argued that the ELECAM was unconstitutional and quite far from being an independent body that could moderate the elections to make it fair and transparent.
  • We underscored our argument by the fact that a dictator Paul Biya had appointed all the members of ELECAM to serve at his pleasure against the backdrop of all the various Governors and other Cameroon  senior ranking officials who by the laws of dictatorship must obey the command of hierarchy in a state of totalitarianism.
  • The global dimension of the Presidential charade was a big fiasco because CPDM registered Cameroonians who claimed they were persecuted by the CPDM regime to vote for Paul Biya.
  • Finally scroll all the way down and learn about the very relaxed corrupt Dictator of Cameroon boasting that some of his corrupt Ministers did not steal enough!

"Corruption/Budget Transparency9. (C) Ambassador praised Cameroon´s continued focus on fighting corruption, including renewed arrests of alleged corrupt officials, but also expressed concerns that legal procedures be fully pursued. She detailed USG support for anti-corruption efforts. Biya said he wouldn´t release those arrested for corruption "until they admit they did something wrong." He was pleased with USG cooperation in combating corruption and stressed that corrupt officials "stole a lot of money." He confirmed that more corruption-related arrests were coming under his anti-corruption initiative Operation "Epervier" (Sparrowhawk), although (contrary to rumor) he thought this would not likely
include former Prime Minister Ephraim Inoni because the evidence
against him was thin and he didn´t steal much money.
Epervier had sent a useful anti-corruption signal which has had some effect, he thought; however, he wanted to rethink the approach of arresting officials and focus more on getting the stolen money back. He had more information about corruption committed by former Secretary General in the Presidency Jean-Marie Atangana Mebara"

CAMEROON PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS: TRAVESTY OF FAIRNESS AND TRANSPARENCY BUT THE STRUGGLE FOR A VIRTUOUS AND FREE CAMEROON MUST CONTINUE

Subject: CAMEROON: A TRAVESTY OF FAIRNESS AND TRANSPARENCY BUT THE STRUGGLE FOR A VIRTUOUS AND FREE CAMEROON MUST CONTINUE
Fellow Cameroonians and Concerned Citizens of the World
The Legal option in the Federal Court against the CPDM regime and Party
The struggle to build a virtuous and free Cameroon must continue. It is not a struggle against any nation but an affirmation and acclamation of the universal human values that have the capacity to propel all people to life, liberty and happiness.I stand corrected, we cannot live in this world like an island. We need each other and we will always pursue the common good and Cameroon will not be an exception to the universal hunger for truth, justice, freedom and democracy.
I have kept a low profile since Friday 10/7/2011 pending the most nulled and void Presidential elections in the world ,which has sort of happened on Sunday,10/9/2011 in Cameroon.I cannot over belabor the obvious again because I have not  changed my position with respect to the ongoing political asylees's diplomatic campaign/advocacy  in the world to unseat President Paul Biya and his CPDM Party regime from  power as well as hold them accountable.
In this light, while accountability is the father of fairness and transparency, democracy is the mother of good governance and the rule of law. In short, freedom is the creator of all things made possible and healthy for us in our world with the exception of injustice oozing from a chronic corrupt political system like the CPDM regime of Cameroon. Oncemore the world is now clear as to why we would not trust an untrustworthy CPDM Party and regime to organize democratic elections in a non democratic society. We have wasted human resources, time, effort and energy to impede progress at a larger scale while helping a selective few to benefit from the divide and rule games of the whole CPDM Party & Opposition Corrupt Coalition to steal from the Cameroon people.
I can only believe beyond reasonable doubts that God has a special anointing on Cameroon and we must experience a peaceful transition because we are no longer in the dark past ages. What I mean is CPDM people cannot send their children overseas and remain behind oppressing our people, torturing and killing some and depriving them of their basic human rights. This is one of the main reasons why we must file a lawsuit in the Federal Court against all CPDM Officials and the Party to disclose their assets as well as who is in charge of them under the President George W Bush NO SAFE HAVEN LAW for corrupt foreign nationals and their families.
So long as I was granted political asylum within the United States of America because of the CPDM regime and Party, I must never bow to their manipulations to  undermine the modus operandi of seeking political asylum in a foreign  country( USA) as a result of political or religious persecution in one's original country of birth( Cameroon).I believe that the United States government is bound by historical truths to  take a hard look at why Cameroonians seek politial asylum from US immigration and naturalization services.I know that the US officials  will eventually take all these issues seriously into consideration especially when I appear in court to make my case against the vicious and unfree society like Cameroon where US is present.
The world must ask some very critical questions to the CPDM Party; why was Jonathan Awasom persecuted in Cameroon? Which other persons or people have suffered persecution and retaliation as a result of his persecution? Was he speaking out and standing up for a people oppressed? Would it had been right for him to come to the USA and abandon all these people and the causes for, which he stood for? I hope that the world will finally  realize from where I have been coming from because the CPDM regime have tried unsuccessfully to stampede the truth.
We must always be mindful of the fact that no people are few, small or irrelevant in their ardent quest for human dignity and there is no natural law ,which states that every revolution must be  violent and bloody to free people under oppression.I may be very optimistic and idealistic at times but what is the point in life if citizens of a country are not safe under their  own government? Governments sometimes fear other governments but when citizens fear their own government as opposed to respect and value their leaders, I believe that other nations and people who know better should  assist those of us who are determined to dismantle such a clique of brutal people.
To some other Cameroonians especially those who are still sympathetic to the CPDM regime and Party, political asylum was and is only a means to change their status in order to partake in the American dream! To me, it means that the ideals of the founding fathers and others who emerged in the course of history, must be exported to a dark, vicious and corrupt society like Cameroon. You can understand why CPDM suddenly became very viciously enthusiastic in organizing elections overseas because they wanted to downplay on the diplomatic power of political asylum.
It is a mistake to think that change must come through violence. On the contrary, we , Cameroonians have learned from the past that a movement and revolution to bring about fundamental change in any given society can be very peaceful provided negative propaganda is replaced with positive propaganda as in speaking truth to power and telling the truth to the people who sometimes know very little about the true meaning of power, government and people. In the past several years, one has succeeded to influence the course of events and all what we need now is the positive input and propaganda of all other nations and people involved  in Cameroon and with Cameroonians either directly or indirectly.
I believe in the freedom of Cameroon but it must not be accomplished through unnecessary bloodshed. The CPDM Party and regime should not  take us for granted because right now, I will turn to the Federal Court of the United States and hopefully to the Supreme Court to make another candid case to the world 's most judicious legal system for the freedom of Cameroon. What will be the basis for a legal action against the CPDM Party and regime?
Where it is clear that universal principles of human dignity are in jeopardy in some small corner of the world like Cameroon because some very powerful nations and people seem to turn a blind eye to the oppression of a people by a corrupt and totalitarian system  in spite of the fact that they have been told  by  President Thomas Jefferson and President Napoleon Bonaparte  that such a bad government must be altered, abolished and replaced with a new government that will guarantee and enforce the bill of rights, the civil rights and  safety of its citizens, we cannot give up until these people wake up from slumber and do the  right thing in history.
Therefore, I boldly  insist that President Paul Biya and the CPDM regime of Cameroon are on the wrongside of history and the law so long as they have no respect for our country's laws. They cannot and must never  be made to think or feel that they are above the laws of our world to ,which every normal human being is expected to comply. Their actions constantly mock at what the world preaches as virtues of good governance and the rue of law, democracy and human rights. In fact human rights begins with the respect  of  what  is called  the constitution because it defines the government of the people. What I mean is President Paul Biya and the CPDM Party are not the government of Cameroon. As bonafide citizens of every nations, we must take turns in  governance ,which means it is   absolutely undemocratic for one man  or a gang of corrupt thieves to use any means necessary to hijack our destiny solely for their selfish interests.
Consequently, any country or nation that has a constitution and have great respect for it,must appreciate our desire to uphold our constitution and concomitantly hold the CPDM REGIME ACCOUNTABLE AT HOME AND ABROAD.To the extent, which this will come to fruition with the full collaboration of well learned and educated people from virtuous and free societies, my vision and dream for a virtuous and free Cameroon is still waxing strong. Cameroonians are indeed peace loving people who have harken to our counsel for them to ignore the extreme provocations of the CPDM Party and regime who in myriad of ways  have set up  our people to be slaughtered in the event where they dare stand up to oppose another 7 years of the CPDM reign of terror, corruption , injustice and dehumanization  against our people.
Let us start with this authentic  report from CNN alleging massive fraud and irregularities during the fake Presidential elections in Cameroon on Sunday 10/9/2011.Click here for a full report;

If there is widespread condemnation of the recent fake Presidential elections in Cameroon on 10/9/2011 as acknowledged by Cameroonians and the international media and CO, then such  a charade in the name of democratic elections poorly attended must be nullified and this means that the UNO is still call upon to consider a UNO mission to Cameroon. Now, doubting thomases  among Cameroonians and the world will have to bear with me that I could not put  the founding fathers of America and the likes of President Abraham Lincoln and Alexi de Tocqueville of France,President Napoleon Bonaparte and President Nelson Mandela to shamed by believing in a hoax in the name of democratic elections.

It is totally unacceptable for anybody in this world to tell us Cameroonians that former Cameroon's Colonial Master France  believes that the elections took place under "acceptable conditions". I have to wonder if  we, Cameroonian citizens are condemned to remain slaves under other nations and people at a time in history when the human race said ABSOLUTE NO to SLAVERY, COLONIZATION, APARTHEID, NAZISM, RACIAL EXTINCTION OF PEOPLE OF A PARTICULAR RACE AND ORIGIN? We must uphold the clarion calls from all angles for President Paul Biya and the CPDM REGIME to step down and hand over Cameroon to  a Transitional government peacefully.
President Paul Biya is not the only human being in the right frame of mind who must lead Cameroonians for life.We, Cameroonians have never expressed lack of visionary and competent leaders to move Cameroon forward into the 21st century. After all the world has witnessed, yet an avalanche of ambitions men and women who want to make a difference in their time.Why must we get stuck with people who have no vision for our future?  Let me state vehenmently as follows;
1) It does not come to me with any surprise that the fake Presidential elections in Cameroon organized by the CPDM regime , aided and abetted by the 23 corrupt opposition candidates has recieved global castigation and lampoon. This is because the  said opposition were forewarned that  no corrupt tyranny and dictatorship has ever been defeated through the ballot Box. It is sickening that in spite all the high level educational campaign to pin-point and expose the rigging habits of the CPDM Party, any oppositioin were still hoping for a miracle! What the opposition is decrying after being rewarded with about 30 million frs CFA each for condoning as well as aiding and abetting injustice against our people is  sad and shameful.
2) President Paul Biya and the CPDM Party were told that they were not eligible to run for elections or even organize one because they grossly violated the constitution of Cameroon. Therefore, cannot be above the law.Presidential elections in Cameroon can only be fair and transparent after a two years transitional government during, which the UNO will assist the transitional government to carry fair and transparent elections.
3) The CPDM Party has been illegally involved in some countries in the Diaspora especially the United States where thousand of their children and followers are on political asylum. By conducting election in this country knowing that many of us could never participate is testimony that Cameroon is not a democratic society under President Paul Biya and the CPDM Party. Therefore, it is not appropriate for any nation to claim that the elections took place under acceptable conditions. It could also be said that corrupt tyranny and dictatorship provides an acceptable living condition for some people and thus makes them happy but  a relative acceptable condition does not translate into  a collective  respect for civil and human rights in this casde of Cameroon.
4) The truth has not changed in the sense that CPDM  Party of Cameroon , which is the Party of President Paul Biya CUM CPDM-USA has violated Federal laws by illegally carrying out their political activities  within the United States on behalf of the foreign Principal( CPDM regime of Cameroon) without complying with the FARA( Foreign Agents Registration ACT).To this effect any elections organized by Cameroon government in ,which CPDM Party is involved  is not only illegal but must be null and void under law.
There is not much to be said now except that we 're waiting for the ELECAM outcome here in the USA before I launched a civil suit against the CPDM Party and their registered voters. In the meantime, I am making all the appropriate complaints  and raising appropriate diplomatic awareness while waiting  for a green light to proceed to the Federal Court. We will keep the world well informed of our legal actions against CPDM to ensure that our civil rights are not hijacked by them. The CPDM Party is very wrong.
5) Reports from very reliable sources in Cameoron trickling down to me admit that voters turn out was the worst, yet in history! Ironically, the said opposition had claimed that they were a force to reckon with! If people cannot at one moment in history put country and the oppressed above their very personal vaulting ambitions, then , one is not allowed to embraced them simply because they want to be known as opposition. Of what good is opposition if they have no  strategic planning and even worst unwilling to seek counsel or take one freely offered? Would one be wrong to conclude that the opposition were desperate for financial fortunes and public posturings through unrealistic political pursuits?
6)I must insist that this struggle is gradually moving to its legal phase, which is to challenge the CPDM Party and their candidate in the greatest nation on earth as regards their illegal presence in this country as well as hijacking our civil rights  as Cameroonians on political asylum.Imagaine ,one cannot freely exercise their civic rights because of persecution and asylum, yet the same corrupt Party comes all the way to illegal operate here in the USA and at the sametime conducting elections. Who were they fooling or intimidating? Be rest assured that we will prevail and all the ill gotten wealth of all CPDM people and their children will be confiscated pending transfer to the new government.
I have to believe that these CPDM-USA people are not only cynical, perhaps their goal was just to destabilize and sabotage our plans but they  are not very smart ! Yes, not very smart in the sense that in America, the law speaks and punishes when there is every reason beyond reasonable doubt to believe that people frankly filed asylum against CPDM and then voted for the Party and their candidate whom they had castigated in their asylum letters; had given up their sovereignty under oath and then still working for the CPDM Party; that the CPDM Party has been operating illegally wthin the United since 2009; that the CPDM militants had issued threats against other Cameroonians who disagree with the CPDM regime, in this the foreign principal;that the CPDM regime has been involved in money laundary and all forms of racketeering in order to perpetrate itself within the Diaspora especially the United States.
This is something that will be subject to investigation by the USA department of Justice, Immigration, FARA and others. Yes, it will happen and truth and Justice will prevail.
Thanks you all for your kind interest and cooperation.

URGENT TELEGRAM TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT ABOUT CAMEROON

The USA Government is now well informed and  other important US Officials  and International Organizations as seen below. Thanks for supporting the struggle to bring down tyranny and dictator for the seek of the oppressed.Pass it on

----- Forwarded Message -----
From: Jonathan Awasom <cameroonfreedomadvocate@yahoo.com>

Urgent Telegram to the United States Government about Cameroon

My dear United States Government and people
Through the United States Ambassador to Cameroon
Through the US Department of Justice, Newark
Through the US Immigration and Naturalization Services
           Through the US State Department
Through Congressman Chris Smith , Chairman of African
Sub-Committee on Health and Human Rights

We, the Cameroonian people in good faith and with a good conscience have unanimously agreed that the CPDM Party and their chairman, President Dictator Paul Biya like other dictators in Africa must wrap up their reign of  dictatorship, oppression, bribery and  corruption, arbitrary arrests, torture and illegal imprisonment, retaliation and persecution of Cameroonians effectively as soon as possible .

We, the people of Cameroon all over the world refuse to condone but we also cannot be cowards to set up ourselves and people to be slaughtered by this heartless CPDM system of government. President Paul Biya must step down peacefully and leave our people alone in peace.

We, the people strongly condemn any form of military intimidation against my fellow Cameroonians by President Paul Biya and his CPDM regime on the eve of their fake Presidential elections come October 9th,2011 in the name of sovereignty! Sovereignty of nations is only as good as respect for human rights and where this is absent, sovereignty must be a myth.

That is why we have debunked it for many years. On behalf of all the victims of the CPDM regime who are apparently powerless and helpless, I stand before the twilight of history within the United States of America as their voice.
  • In this light and granted the unwavering commitment to end the reign of terror on innocent, and well deserving citizens of Cameroon
  • Mindful of the fact that I am a true citizen of the world with a heart for humanity and have great respect for nations and people who value our common humanity
  • Knowing that all CPDM officials in Cameroon have sent all their children overseas to virtuous and free societies
  • Disturbed by the fact that they absolutely  do no longer care about the human dignity of every other Cameroonian since their children and other militants are heavily present overseas and very safe and peaceful
  • Considering the fact that I am a genuine  Cameroonian on political asylum within the United States who has  called on President Paul Biya to step down as well  as advocating for a transitional government
  • Inspired by the ideals and principles of democracy and  the universal quest for human dignity
  • Captured and driven by the history , vision and  virtuous character of a free people and free societies,
  • Convicted by the truth and empowered by my faith in God, our maker and creator
  • Humble by the beauty of the human race and the diversity of people from different backgrounds and nationalities
  • Fascinated by the amazing feats and achievements of this post-modernism  that has improve on the lot of humankind
  • Touched by the greatness of the American Constitutional liberal federal system of government
I am calling on the United States and other UNO member Countries with vested economic and strategic military interest in the West African region of Cameroon in the war against terrorism  to  make sure that the current corrupt tyranny and dictatorship of the CPDM Party of  Dictator President Paul Biya does not hijack the destiny of Cameroonians again.

Cameroonian people are peace loving people who deserve a good government and we are no longer in one accord with this criminal CPDM Party regime, which has violated our country's constitution, grossly violated the human rights of  Cameroonians and plundered all the natural resources of Cameroon into foreign banks and investments overseas.

By so doing these fraudulent and corrupt regime has rendered our people helpless and trapped under substandard living conditions, beaten down by poverty and poor health, lack of good roads, good and clean drinking water, horrible sanitation conditions even among children in schools, rampant corruption in all sectors of Cameroon and arrogant embezzlement  of State funds into extravagant living, and vicious arbitrarily arrests and illegal imprisonment of fellow Cameroonians, dilapidated buildings due to lack of maintenance because public officials embezzle budgets for such projects. Therefore, these charges are good enough  for this HUMPTY-DUMPTY CPDM Party and regime to be rounded up and held to account for crimes against humanity.

The United States must take immediate steps  to freeze all the assets of all Cameroon  officials and their children within the USA and other countries pending litigation.

We, the people cannot stand another 7 years of a dictator and his cohorts. We, refuse to cowards.I hope that I am understood that our actions  does not in anyway hamper your interests in Cameroon except that I want a free country from corrupt tyranny and dictatorship.

Why would the CPDM Regime be circulating the military all the place if Cameroon is a democratic society in , which the CPDM Party is open to fair and transparent elections?

Such acts of military intimidations must be condemned and the military must make sure that they uphold the destiny of all Cameroonians as well as all people resident inside Cameroon. The United States government must also consider protecting the citizens of Cameroon while protecting the citizens of the United States in case of any form of  brutal violence against the people by the CPDM Party and regime

Clearly Mr Paul Biya and the CPDM Party are using intimidation tactics to scare people or force the people to vote him out of fear of retaliation and persecution. This kind of military atmosphere is very suspicious and of course we already know that it is a plot to hijack the people's civil rights again.

The United States and the UNO officials as well as the Civil Society International must know that we are very vigilant .We will not settle for anything less than a government that will represent the people  with the political will to create an environment where they can dream and aspire  to reach their full potential in life.

Our people have suffered for too long. They have been beaten down for decades and must be very tired of the continuous nonchalance of all our stakeholders. In short, President Paul Biya and the CPDM Party and regime are not and will not be above the law this time around. They must be within the bounds of our laws as well as international laws.

Any further crack down on innocent Cameroonians must not be tolerated again by the United States of America , UNO and the International Community. All these CPDM people have never declared their assets according to article 66 of our country's constitution and it is not right to violate the human rights of others and at the sametime trying to use the military to suppress, intimidate innocent and unarmed civilians when we have barely two days to go for their fake and corrupt Presidential elections.

Dear  United States government  , we the people are calling on you to stand with the voices for freedom, democracy , human rights and good governance and the rule of law.

Dear Dr  Louis  Mbua and all other Fellow Cameroonians and friends of Cameroon during this very hard times in our history,

This HUMTY-DUMPTY  CPDM Party WWW  campaign Manager called Madiba
has failed the debate, which is why he recently resorted on a trick of  escape  from the main issues. He does not know how many phone calls I have made since 2009 , emails and memos I have sent out to the world. He thinks that I would have had results immediately. Even a mother has to endure pregnancy for at least 9 months before birth can happen naturally.
What more of a struggle to end evil against innocent citizens? I asked Madiba and CPDM Party to publish the  Cameroon population data base to the public but so far there is known. How can Presidential elections be democratic and pass the test of fairness and transparency if we don't have factual  population data base of all Cameroonians at home and abroad?

The Diaspora revolutionaries came to water the seeds of the revolution sown in Cameroon long before we were born and behold , what we must do is continue to pray to God to make our seeds to grow and become a fruitful  plant. This is where we are now. We need God's intervention in our nation, Cameroon  more than ever  before.Every major revolution to bring about meaningful change has its ups and downs but still the vision, goal, mission and course of action has always been the same. Let Madiba and all his other fellow CPDM-USA up to the their Central Bureau take a look at the course of action I am undertaking.

I am   planning a UNO and State Department  operation stop CPDM and President Paul Biya. This will take  place  at the State Department and UNO until Paul Biya  steps down and hand over to the military for 30 days and then over to the Civil Society to form a transitional government for 24 months. I am going  to the State Department and UNO  tomorrow , Thursday  and Friday to continue networking and making the appeal for a UNO Mission to Cameroon   to refuse to  state that " the elections were free and fair although some irregularities were reported in this or that district...". No, we want UNO officials and the Security Council  to remain neutral but at the sametime they must  intervene immediately in the event of any revolutionary sparks and to call on President Paul Biya to step down immediately.

If President Paul Biya and any member or officials of the CPDM Party and regime should shed the blood of any Cameroonian again, let them know that they will be prosecuted by the ICC.I  am  also waiting for all CPDM-USA members who are on political asylum to vote Paul Biya and CPDM Party in their fake USA voters registration, then I will take the CPDM Party to court on 3 counts;

1)The CPDM Party has been  operating illegally within the USA against the foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). The CPDM Party is not the same as the Cameroon government although they like to take us for granted by trying to manipulate people to think that CPDM Party is equivalent to Cameroon government. No, the Cameroon Ambassador represents the Cameroon government and not CPDM Party here in America. That is why he has diplomatic immunities but no CPDM Party members within America have such diplomatic privileges. That is why CPDM must register as a separate political entity but to the best of my knowledge they have not done so in spite of repeated calls for them to register legally with FARA.

2) CPDM Party has been sponsoring Immigration fraud through political asylum scams for its members for decades and once upon a time they went after the SCNC and wanted to tarnish their image to the US immigration and FBI as a terrorist organization, which prompted me to fight back by filing a complaint against CPDM-USA in 2009. This case will likely prompt an investigation into all the people who have voted for CPDM because if they are on political asylum and then vote for the same people whom they claim persecuted them, then they had committed fraud and perjury under oath.

3) CPDM Party intentionally conspired to hijack our civil rights within the United States knowing well that we are here on political asylum and won't participate in an election that is organized by the same Party and regime that persecuted us. This intimidation tactics was intentionally designed to usurp our suffrage because under normal circumstance, if we were resident in Cameroon without fear of being killed because of our stand on free speech, human rights and justice , we would not be overseas on political asylum. Therefore the CPDM will be charged in accordance with the USA laws and other international laws for pursuing those they have persecuted right into the countries where they have sought refuge.

Finally within 24 hours I will also have to research and learn more on the laws that CPDM Party has violated and also to explore what are the legal options in terms of filing the case at the Federal Court in Trenton, which is the headquarter of New Jersey. I will also check in with the US Department for Justice as well as USA immigration to make sure that they know that as a political asylee , it is unacceptable for other Cameroonians to mislead us on false claims of political asylum whereas they are still part of the CPDM Party and regime ,which persecuted us and our families back in Cameroon.

What will be the remedies and redress?
I will discuss this later. So far this is heads up about  some of the actions that I intend to undertake within the next one week     independent  on the state of affairs in Cameroon. What does this mean to all Cameroonians in the Diaspora and Cameroon?

We, the people here in the USA want to reassure all of you that we are never going to back down.
President Paul Biya and the CPDM  Party must have all their assets and ill gotten wealth frozen within the United States and other countries. This is one of the major requests I will make in Court before the Federal Judge and I will site the President George W Bush 2004 NO SAFE HAVEN LAW against foreign corrupt nationals and their assets within the United States of America. These frozen assets will be cross-examined under article 66 of Cameroon's constitution and internationals laws and most of it will be  returned to the Cameroon people.

I am very humble that we have created the impact we wanted to create since we made up our mind to unseat President Paul Biya and also remove the CPDM Party from power. The main reason why this revolution had to be reframed in order for it to  have a Diaspora flavor and involvement is because Cameroon could never change the way we want without the Diaspora being factored into the debate and action for change. Most importantly, we wanted to speak truth to power here in the Diaspora and what I mean is confront  all the Stakeholders who know that the CPDM regime is a bad government with one of the worst human rights records.

This action was intended to cajole and convince them with time that we were no longer in a  the 17th century world of  corrupt tyranny and dictatorship , and that this kind of political , social, economic and cultural system was counterproductive in human kind's search for meaning; freedom, life, prosperity and happiness. By standing up and speaking out, we sent a message across  the world that we do not believe in the political system in Cameroon. After all, was it not the same system that persecuted us and forced  us into exile and political asylum here in America?

We will continue to raise awareness and educate the world to know that although Cameroon is a small country compared to others but size does not matter in this case. What  has been so important is the wisdom, brain, energy, drive, commitment and hardwork in this struggle.By the same token, just because we may appear harmless people in the eyes of President Paul Biya and CPDM is no grounds for them to take us for granted. So long as we are still human beings and entitled to sacred and inalienable rights as well as bound by the universal principles of human rights and dignity, we the people have the right to stand up for our country and by standing up and speaking with action at the sametime, we have proven to the world that we are in charged of our destiny ,which can no  longer be entrusted into the hands of the CPDM Party and President Paul Biya.

I believe that we are on track and riding onto victory n the mighty presence of  God. We are up and against the Goliaths of this life but the Davids who walk by faith, in faith and with faith in the almighty God will bring down Goliath. The people of Jericho walked around the walls of Jericho seven times until the walls fell down. I can see the walls of corrupt tyranny and dictatorship in Cameroon falling down very soon. All of us have walked around this wall for many years now and the foundation of falsehood has been undermined by our collective actions. We must speed up action and create the impact that will catapult to the ground revolution at home.It is my fervent hope that this revolution will be peaceful so long as the military and army are divided as some of them now know that  government exists for the people and not against the people.

So, we are just about to complete this mission. There is no turning back. It is my hope that all Cameroonian Religious leaders , Traditional authorities, Imans, opposition leaders and various organizations take notice that we will not tolerate a President Paul Biya's Life Presidency at all. So, if any of them have taken bribes from the CPDM in order to downplay on the people revolution, well, they will have themselves to blame because Cameroonians on the ground are just waiting to take action now. Our actions from the diaspora has solely been to change the mind set of members of the international community as well as convince them that the CPDM Party and President Paul Biya are no longer desirable governments in this century.

Thank you and God bless all Cameroonians and friends of Cameroon

Madiba

Yes, the revolution from without will take you people unawares. The first phase has just ended with CPDM being forced against their will to go diaspora as well as unable to harrass, intimidate, threaten, arbitrarily arrest, torture and jail the so called opposition like he has done to his own country-man Prof Titus Ezoa. The Truth is, I will expose Paul Biya and CPDM their anus in court very soon. Why is Prof Titus Ezoa still in prison while the number one embezzler, Paul Biya is roaming the streets campaigning for his Life Presidency? Those who are tolerating this drama are really smoking and eating cocaine in this world.

Just wait and see what will happen here in America.
Paul Biya and his clique are ripe for the Hague. It is only a matter of time.Keep hoping that he will rule Cameroon again for 7 years. That will happen in space and not on this earth.
CPDM have children and families in the Diaspora, too.The better not fool around with our people back home because we also have CPDM here in the USA and other places. The world has changed and we have contributed in a big way to influence and shape the way we want things to happen. Instead of Paul Biya controlling us as they used to do, we have all of them in our hands and will fight till the end. You can't be this bold defending so much injustice and wickedness against innocent people just because you can read and write , and have some ties with CPDM. It is wrong and you are backing the wrong horses.

Can you account for the reasons why you are campaigning for President Paul Biya when he is not eligible to re-run as President of Cameroon?

Was it democratic for President Paul Biya to singlehandedly tampered with the Constitution to make it feasible for him to be life President? If the constitution was so important to him, then why not article 66, too? Just calm down your emotional involvement with CPDM regime and answer all these questions because we are watching at all the manipulation, intimidations and threats you people are dishing out to our innocent Cameroonians to vote against their will.

What are you campaigning? Can a normal human being have the clear conscience to be campaigning for a terrorist regime to continue reigning down injustice on its people? Can you be more organized and tell us what you are campaigning about when it comes to CPDM and President Paul Biya well known as champions of corruption and gross violation of human rights of Cameroon? Where do I start to begin educating people like you who think that might is right?

You are scared of the truth. You keep writing stuff and fighting tooth and nail defending the evil CPDM criminal regime but there is no substance in what you write except gimmicks about Paul Biya. Just because of a hand full of misguided persons called opposition have tolerated him to stand for President does not make it right. Yes , of course , history is watching and the world is taking notice.

There is absolutely no way for people like you and all others who crying for crumbs to fall down from the CPDM greedy people to twist and tamper with history books. We have told our own story and like Stalin, Hitler and Saddam Hussein, Paul Biya has a choice to make. We are no longer in the dark ages when you people would take advantage of our people and get away with.

If the world had two of you with your backward and cowardice mentality, then there will be no invention and innovation at all. This means stagnation and degeneration. We can't stand the CPDM regime at this hour in history. Those elections are fake and very fake. I don';t know why any person in their normal senses would be trying to believe in such fantastic lies and deceit. It is very shameful.

You are just following behind a system that is well organized to oppress people.
Why can't you create your own meaning instead of dying behind such anti-God systems?
Don't you think it is really funny that a tyrant and dictator would be campaigning?
Madiba , answer me now. Did Paul Biya dictate Governors on the Ten Regions of Cameroon?

Did Paul Biya appoint Judges in all the courts in Cameroon?
Did Paul Biya appoint all Generals and Police Commissioners in Cameroon?
Did Paul Biya issue a decree offering 30 million frs CFA to 23 Presidential candidates or not?

What is the point? Does he need to campaign when he is a dictator ? If he believes in campaigning to make his case then why has he not respected the constitution as well as upheld article 66, as well as free all political prisoners?
Are there political prisoners in Cameroon right now as we speak or not?
What kind of Presidential elections are you CPDM Party and Opposition getting into when we have fellow Cameroonians languishing in jail simply because of free speech?
Why has he not declared his assets as demanded by law?
Why has he never taken questions and answers before the press and media?
Why has he never been to a Town forum ?
Why has be never had a public debate with other Cameroonians?
What kind of history are you people trying to write in this age of freedom and civilization?
Don't you know this is a post -modern age where commonsense and reason have long triumphed over ignorance and intolerance?
Are we so foolish to be fooled all the time by you people?
No Madiba by the time you will start looking for answers to these unending questions, the wind of change would have swept you off your feet.
Keep day living in lies and pretending as if you are not aware of the times.

Fake, fake, fake, fake, fake, fake, fake, fake, fake, fake election panel.Stop aiding and abetting injustice, corruption and evil against the oppressed. Try to grow up and take some classes on Jean -Jacque Rousseau even if you can't learn anything new from the American political philosophers. You people should stop making us Cameroonians and Africans look stupid before the American people. Why can't you just stop all these your propagandas and go do something different with yourself?

Now, unto Cameroun:

"Have you ever heard of a Cameroonian guy named Jonathan Awasom? He's no coward like some of his fellow nationals you rightly described and some of them that you are giving undeserved recognition, and he's determined to see democracy in Cameroun. Please get the facts about Cameroun, because, unfortunately, some of the Cameroonian people you praised here may be the ones actually in the pockets of Biya. Thats the truth my brother, and you can ask Mister Awasom and numerous other Cameroun nationals. And talking of Cameroun, if you actually want to know who is actually bringing real French vandalism intoAfrica by way of Cameroun, Paul Biya --the life president of Cameroun, is the man. "Pronto!!!"Anyway, thats it for Cameroun for now, unless somebody wants to declare a wider Camerooon topic " Collins Ezebuihe, Nigerian Political Activist
