Hello Mr Pastor Hamilton Ayuk and Dr Rexon Nting

CPDM regime and CPDM Party is the ROOT CAUSE OF CORRUPTION in Cameroon

Those who perpetrate corruption in any form, manner or shape must be held to account. This is more a matter of individual responsibility and not a collective thing where you guys want to employ the CPDM tricks as usual to waterdown the effort.

Of course the " unexamined life is not worth living" and while we are all cross-examing ourselves, the only way to move forward is to enforce the laws of our country without prejudice. What is it that is not clear to any of you about application and enforcement of laws? How else are we supposed to hold each other accountable?

This is how the blame game must stop. Mr Bernie Madoff is arrested and locked up and his assets seized. That is action. If you are a thief and we have evidence that you have stolen, we, the people should take action. You Dr Rexon Nting cannot stop us from taking action but you can be involved in action by providing the names of people who are corrupt. Who should take collective responsibility? You mean who here? Not every body is in that state of moral decadence. So, don't be subjective at all.

This is time for seriousness and if you have never been serious before, then you need to stop speaking with water in your mouth and begin to behave yourself as a Behavorial Economists. We cannot blame everyone without someone providing  good and responsible leadership so that there is some order and good behavior among people with respect to our common good.

Jesusman, I think your personal friendship with some of these CPDM -USA tends to cloud your judgment a lot of times even though you might have drifted away from the CPDM Party. You still have a problem being very objective because you may still be in love with them out of either sympathy or friendship with the likes of sam Esale, who has replaced MADIBA or so!

Again, that is your right to condone but it is not morally right to me ,which explains why I don't agree with you. People like SAM ESALE wants that we should forget about what happened on October 9th and focus on what is happening now! Do you agree with him and them?

This psychoanalysis is very important because so far you have not provided any scientific evidence or any source that validates your statements against the premise on,which I am basing my case against the CPDM. For this reason, I decided that I will be more specific and factual to guide our readership to have a good understanding of the premise of my claims against the CPDM regime and CPDM Party.

Unless you make your own premise clear to myself and those who take great pleasure to digest this compelling matter, I do not think that you possess the academic and moral power to question or criticize my premise since by all indication you do not have an alternative premise.

When I state categorically without fear or favor that CPDM regime and CPDM Party are the root cause of corruption in Cameroon and among Cameroonians, I am speaking from a constitutional and legal point of view( Article 66 of the Constitution of Cameroon calls for assets declaration and why has Mr Paul Biya and his CPDM regime not declared their assets according to the law? This is a very big issue to me . Yet, some of them still don't get it )

There is really no grounds for a debate with you Hamilton Ayuk on this subject with respect to CPDM BEING THE ROOT CAUSE OF CORRUPTION IN CAMEROON. One cannot go to the streets and blame every Cameroonian for the sins of corruption as an inherent moral failure but we have to blame those who are in power because we look up to them to set good examples as well as enforce our laws. On the contrary, they have been enablers in not only subtle ways but also have bragged about it to those who choose not to practice corruption.

By making every other Cameroonian to understand that the only immoral conditions under ,which they can  get their dorssiers signed or stamped is to bribe those who handle them is very sickening! Who has enabled this criminal and moral lapse in the  professional behavior of public servants? If people are made to know that giving or recieving bribes will result into severe consequences like imprisonment, expulsion from work and all other measures, do you think, it will still be rampant?

Hardly is anyone admited into Professional schools in Cameroon under the CPDM wihout some shaddy business negotiations and arrangements in the background and we all know that millions of frs CFA are involved. If not, the elite choose who should enter ENAM, ERIC,CENAM, ENS etc. In other words your background matters not your knowledge ,intelligence and capabilities ,which is what we should pay more attention to.

You can add that CNU was also the root cause of corruption in Cameroon but still it does not role out the present demise in ,which we find ourselves under the current administration of CPDM regime. After all most of the people who are now CPDM were also CNU including some members of the Opposition who even served under CPDM regime before resigning to form their own corrupt political Parties. If a leader launches a campaign, which you call Rigor and Moralization in good faith, then he or she must leave up to such flowery and towering idealism or even come closed to it.

But Mr Paul Biya has soiled his hands with the blood of hundreds of innocent Cameroonians as well as tampered and altered our country's constitution to cling unto power for life! Mr Paul Biya who wanted to radically depart from Machiveallianism by espousing his idealism is the first person who has no moral compass and integrity in his style of governance of Cameroon during the last 29 years as President.  History is very well written at times and recounts facts about Presidents who were forced to resign  in countries where true rigor and moralization reigns.

Mr Paul Biya has been a  Parrrot politician who still thinks that this century is like the Machiveallian era where every cynicism was just Ok. We now live in a terrific century ,which has set a new moral standard for a way forward for our generation. Cameroonians did not force Paul Biya and his government to hang unto power. It is their own personal responsibility and the world has witnessed the truth during their fake Presidential elections.

Cameroonians may be corrupt but they have been forced and implicated into a very difficult situation with the hope to survive for the meantime.Yet, they know that what they do is wrong and it requires a good leader and government with a moral compass to say enough is enough to all these.

I am neither thinking randomly nor playing the usual blame game that some of you play as well as the denialism ,which often clouds good judgment in the light of truths and facts.Scientifically and legally, you can't make assumptions or accusations without some legal framework that can substantiate your statements. Under the rule of law, it is called evidence and as to whether it is what kind of evidence is entirely up to the legal experts.

On my own part, the simple fact that CPDM regime cannot comply with article 66 of our constitution gives me the moral voice to castigate them as well as take any legal action against them. Why has Mr Paul Biya and his government not declared their assets per article 66? If they have not done so, then equally, they do not pay taxes except overseas where they have invested their ill-gotten wealth. In order words if every other person is corrupt then only very few incorruptibles will remain.

Their tricks seem to work sometimes because the goal is to drown the voices of the few who are not corrupt as well as dismiss their effort as insignificant because everybody is doing the same wrong thing over and over again. Is this what you are talking about or what are you people arguing or defending? Are you livibng in denial?

You are very right Jesusman. People who benefitted from corruption themselves through the utilisation of cooked up documents to travel abroad cannot lay the blame for corruption entirely on the CPDM. This blame game must stop and Cameroonians must recognise that we are all responsible for the mess we created. Change must start from within and not from without.

That premise is still wrong. CPDM cannot be the root; the starter. The permeator or enabler is not necessarily the founder or beginner. Cameroon was already corrupt before Biya came to power. That is why he came up with Rigor and Moralization which eneded up being rigor and immoralization. he only refined and perfected the corruption. We must all agree that every Cameroonian whether CPDM or not has enabled corruption but the CPDM being the government party has failed to impliment its own policies and platform.

It is a simple moral issue but we have to first of all blame the perpetrators.
If the President is corrupt, then the government he  or she leads will also be corrupt as well as the Parliament and Governors and others. So, we have to be very sincere as to how to go about solving this problem.

I said the CPDM regime and CPDM Party is the root cause of corruption.
I did not say that they are entirely responsible for it.
After all they are the ones in power and have broken the rule of law in many occasions. We have start from some where and to me the rule of law is critical if we must stamp out corruption in Cameroon and among Cameroon.

Remember what I said, they the regime and Party in power have authorized corruption among Cameroonians.I think I was pretty clear and consistent in my thought process and argument. Cameroonians are very corrupt as a result of a corrupt political system that uses the sinful nature of Cameroonians to justify evil, embezzlement and corrupttion at a much larger scale than the 500 frs police officers collect from the road from transportation vehicles.

Rev Awasom,

This theory is untenable because every human being has a sinful nature whether CPDM or SDF. Secondly, before the CPDM there was already corruption. Thirdly, CPDM has the m ajority on paper. Two third of ameroonians do not belong tot he CPDM and these two third are as corrupt as the one third that belongs tot he CPDM.

The weakness in your theory is that if the CPDM was no mroe in existence asnd we have somehtinb like the UPC or SDF or even Ayah or Walla's party, corrutption will disappear overnight. No, it will not because the people permeating the corruption are in all these parties and everywhere in government and private. If there is corrptrion in government, it is not only CPDM people who work with the government.

Therefore, CPDM cannot be the root cause of corrption in Cameroon. CPDM can only be the enabler and gardener of corruption in Cameroon. The majority of Grand Nord, S/W, N/W, West, and Littoral do not adhgere to CPDM, yet there is much corruption as it is in CPDM diehards regions.
Cameroon needs a total reformation and transformation of its mindset whether oppositoon or government, whether CPDM or not. Actually, there are some people in the opposition who are pure corrupt than some in the CPDM.

Until then, take care and stay blessed.

St. Arrey of Ntenako.

Sam Esale

THE CPDM REGIME AND CPDM PARTY IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF CORRUPTION IN CAMEROON

What you write is masterminded by your deep seated sense of intellectual dishonesty and moral decay. Have you changed recently from working and supporting the CPDM regime that has been abusing the power? Can you first of all tell us if you're indeed a changed man and when has this change taken place ?

I do not know from  where you have taken your very corrupt courage to write about Anti-corruption when you are indeed part of the system that has authorized corruption as a way of life among Cameroonians.

When you have lost your  moral compass in life, do not try to sail through trouble waters of corruption under a terrorist regime like CPDM of Cameroon.

It is not helpful to think that free speech means that you should bite and blow at the sametime. I do not know how some of you were raised up and who taught you in school?

The CPDM regime stole the voices of Cameroonians at a corrupt and fraudulent Presidential elections and in spite of the fact that the people refused to give them the normal democratic mandate to govern, all of you applauded injustice and corruption.
Do you now understand the ROOT CAUSE OF CORRUPTION?

Ironically, you want to speak about Anti-corruption ! Is it not really advisable that we start dismantling corruption from top- down ?

Remember that I had taken a moment to blame the Cameroon Opposition Parliamentarians and the so called 23 Presidential Candidates for enabling and participating in the corruption in Cameroon and among Cameroonians. I have been very objective and fair enough in holding every person accountable and at the end of the day, the system of corruption is piloted by the CPDM regime.

This is how I am drawing my conclusion that that the CPDM regime and Party is the root cause. Is this point very clear to you? In my last memo about Cameroon Opposition, I did argue vehemently that it was wrong for them to spend precious time  fighting among themselves over who is the greatest opposition whereas that time would have been invested into a concerted team spirit to change the CPDM regime. The moral failure of the opposition came when they  said  YEA, the CPDM regime and CPDM Party is corrupt but we will accept the 30 million frs CFA offer anyways!

I think I have been very outspoken on this but I am not going to blame the opposition forever because the opposition does not hold the keys to the regime, government and all what comes with government institutions at home and abroad. I fight wisely and fairly enough because I am looking at the  big picture as well as the way governments  work in other societies.

CAMEROON AND THE RULE OF LAW: I DO RECOGNIZE DICTATOR PAUL BIYA AS PRESIDENT OF CAMEROON

                          TO ALL CONCERNED CITIZENS
FOR A FREE AND VIRTUOUS CAMEROON

Dictator Paul Biya and his CPDM regime  of Cameroon do not have the mandate of the people to form any government as well as continue their  primitive reign of stealing, embezzlement and flagrant violation of the Human and civil rights of Cameroonians again. Consequently;
The world Bank , IMF and other world financial bodies must stop issuing loans to President Paul Biya and his CPDM regime whereas for over 30 years they have never honored article 66 of our nation's constitution.
Article 66 calls for assets declaration and so far, President Paul Biya and his CPDM regime have never declared their assets as demanded by the rule of law. Therefore, all  world financial bodies and corporations must respect our call to hold  Paul Biya and his Party accountable before we can move on.
It is improper for them to think that it is proper  to ignore the rule of law to extent of circumventing the world constitution of Cameroon to make themselves President and Ministers/governors for life. It is wrong and it must be condemned very strongly and one of the ways is for economic sanctions to be imposed against the CPDM regime of Cameroon.

PRESIDENT PAUL BIYA OF CAMEROON IS A DICTATOR AND TYRANT WHOSE REIGN OF TERROR AND GROSS VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS MUST EXPIRE IMMEDIATELY. NO GOVERNMENT AND ORGANIZATION IN THIS WORLD SHOULD CONDONE. SILENT IS GOLDEN BUT IN THIS CASE OF CAMEROON, IT IS NOT. MY PROTEST MUST CONTINUE TILL JUSTICE IS WON FOR THE OPPRESSED, DOWNTRODDEN AND DEPRIVED CITIZENS OF CAMEROON FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE.
The world must heed to our repeated calls for President Paul Biya to leave power peacefully. The United States, France and the UNO must understand our pain and suffering as well as our frustration because we do not have the  means to enforce the rule of law, which would have removed Paul Biya and CPDM regime from power by now.
I believe that it is unacceptable for us to be enslaved by Paul Biya and CPDM Party simply because we  appear to be powerless and helpless. No , it is a wrong conclusion. The truth is, I cannot condone the wrongs of the CPDM regime no matter the fact that force is not an option  for the removal of the Cameroon dictator and tyrant.
President Paul Biya of Cameroon and his CPDM regime are  on the wrongside of history. I do not recognize him as President of Cameroon because all of them and the rest of the world know very well that his time is over as a dictator and tyrant leading a state of dictatorship and corrupt tyranny.
President Paul Biya and his CPDM regime need to realize that we are not foolish people living under a primitive dark cave! Nobody should work with that kind of government and their corrupt leaders. They should step down peacefully and account for  their bad governance and lawlessness over the years.

In fact, bad governance and lawlessness must not be a substitute for good governance and the rule of law.If any government does not comply with the universal principles of human dignity such a government must be altered, abolished or replaced.

Thank you so much for your consideration

Urgent Telegram to the United States Government about Cameroon

My dear United States Government and people
Through the United States Ambassador to Cameroon
Through the US Department of Justice, Newark  New Jersey
Through the US Immigration and Naturalization Services
           Through the US State Department
Through Congressman Chris Smith , Chairman of African
Sub-Committee on Health and Human Rights

We, the Cameroonian people in good faith and with a good conscience have unanimously agreed that the CPDM Party and their chairman, President Dictator Paul Biya like other dictators in Africa must wrap up their reign of  dictatorship, oppression, bribery and  corruption, arbitrary arrests, torture and illegal imprisonment, retaliation and persecution of Cameroonians effectively as soon as possible .

We, the people of Cameroon all over the world refuse to condone but we also cannot be cowards to set up ourselves and people to be slaughtered by this heartless CPDM system of government. President Paul Biya must step down peacefully and leave our people alone in peace.

We, the people strongly condemn any form of military intimidation against my fellow Cameroonians by President Paul Biya and his CPDM regime on the eve of their fake Presidential elections come October 9th,2011 in the name of sovereignty! Sovereignty of nations is only as good as respect for human rights and where this is absent, sovereignty must be a myth.

That is why we have debunked it for many years. On behalf of all the victims of the CPDM regime who are apparently powerless and helpless, I stand before the twilight of history within the United States of America as their voice.
  • In this light and granted the unwavering commitment to end the reign of terror on innocent, and well deserving citizens of Cameroon
  • Mindful of the fact that I am a true citizen of the world with a heart for humanity and have great respect for nations and people who value our common humanity
  • Knowing that all CPDM officials in Cameroon have sent all their children overseas to virtuous and free societies
  • Disturbed by the fact that they absolutely  do no longer care about the human dignity of every other Cameroonian since their children and other militants are heavily present overseas and very safe and peaceful
  • Considering the fact that I am a genuine  Cameroonian on political asylum within the United States who has  called on President Paul Biya to step down as well  as advocating for a transitional government
  • Inspired by the ideals and principles of democracy and  the universal quest for human dignity
  • Captured and driven by the history , vision and  virtuous character of a free people and free societies,
  • Convicted by the truth and empowered by my faith in God, our maker and creator
  • Humble by the beauty of the human race and the diversity of people from different backgrounds and nationalities
  • Fascinated by the amazing feats and achievements of this post-modernism  that has improve on the lot of humankind
  • Touched by the greatness of the American Constitutional liberal federal system of government
I am calling on the United States and other UNO member Countries with vested economic and strategic military interest in the West African region of Cameroon in the war against terrorism  to  make sure that the current corrupt tyranny and dictatorship of the CPDM Party of  Dictator President Paul Biya does not hijack the destiny of Cameroonians again.

Cameroonian people are peace loving people who deserve a good government and we are no longer in one accord with this criminal CPDM Party regime, which has violated our country's constitution, grossly violated the human rights of  Cameroonians and plundered all the natural resources of Cameroon into foreign banks and investments overseas.

By so doing these fraudulent and corrupt regime has rendered our people helpless and trapped under substandard living conditions, beaten down by poverty and poor health, lack of good roads, good and clean drinking water, horrible sanitation conditions even among children in schools, rampant corruption in all sectors of Cameroon and arrogant embezzlement  of State funds into extravagant living, and vicious arbitrarily arrests and illegal imprisonment of fellow Cameroonians, dilapidated buildings due to lack of maintenance because public officials embezzle budgets for such projects. Therefore, these charges are good enough  for this HUMPTY-DUMPTY CPDM Party and regime to be rounded up and held to account for crimes against humanity.

The United States must take immediate steps  to freeze all the assets of all Cameroon  officials and their children within the USA and other countries pending litigation.

We, the people cannot stand another 7 years of a dictator and his cohorts. We, refuse to cowards.I hope that I am understood that our actions  does not in anyway hamper your interests in Cameroon except that I want a free country from corrupt tyranny and dictatorship.

Why would the CPDM Regime be circulating the military all the place if Cameroon is a democratic society in , which the CPDM Party is open to fair and transparent elections?

Such acts of military intimidations must be condemned and the military must make sure that they uphold the destiny of all Cameroonians as well as all people resident inside Cameroon. The United States government must also consider protecting the citizens of Cameroon while protecting the citizens of the United States in case of any form of  brutal violence against the people by the CPDM Party and regime

Clearly Mr Paul Biya and the CPDM Party are using intimidation tactics to scare people or force the people to vote him out of fear of retaliation and persecution. This kind of military atmosphere is very suspicious and of course we already know that it is a plot to hijack the people's civil rights again.

The United States and the UNO officials as well as the Civil Society International must know that we are very vigilant .We will not settle for anything less than a government that will represent the people  with the political will to create an environment where they can dream and aspire  to reach their full potential in life.

Our people have suffered for too long. They have been beaten down for decades and must be very tired of the continuous nonchalance of all our stakeholders. In short, President Paul Biya and the CPDM Party and regime are not and will not be above the law this time around. They must be within the bounds of our laws as well as international laws.

Any further crack down on innocent Cameroonians must not be tolerated again by the United States of America , UNO and the International Community. All these CPDM people have never declared their assets according to article 66 of our country's constitution and it is not right to violate the human rights of others and at the sametime trying to use the military to suppress, intimidate innocent and unarmed civilians when we have barely two days to go for their fake and corrupt Presidential elections.

Dear  United States government  , we the people are calling on you to stand with the voices for freedom, democracy , human rights and good governance and the rule of law.

The March for the Freedom of Cameroon from corrupt tyranny and dictatorship must continue beyond the fake Presidential elections on October 9th,2011.This a bloodless revolution of the conscience ,which began since 2006 with a road map to the peace process in Cameroon.

Therefore, I insist that President Paul Biya and his cohorts within the CPDM regime must step down peacefully and spare our country people and the world of any  impending bloodshed.
I will never stop mobilizing, advocating, raising awareness and inciting people to stand up for their civil and human rights but we do not need another genocide or civil war again in Africa as  a result of our ethnic differences compounded by the worst cronyism ever as well as divide and conquer cynism of the CPDM regime.

We will not look back until the humty-dumpties are brought down. We are determined and the world must stand with the oppressed. Pass it on...

My fellow Cameroonians and members of the International Community

Fellow friends of the global village, where there is no black or white except bridges acrosss barriers!

The march for freedom heralds a new phase in the revolution of the conscience and translates  into a continuous appeal for Camseroonians who are drunk with power to watch out. Here is the voice for the voiceless again as usual. President Paul Bya and CPDM, have been told to leave powerful peacefully and give way to a transitional period so that our generation should  continue rebuilding Cameroon. We did not approve the elections ,which is why there was a massive boycott. Our voices should not be drowned or manipulated by power and political gimmicks through wasteful financial bribery to enhance mediocrity.

Please, do no force or push the people against the wall.Cameroonians are a very special people, a chosen people. The Cameroon promise  for the people must be reached in the absence of a bloody revolution. I pray for my country oh God of freedom so that the light of  truth and liberty will shine unto us all and that as we seek thee in this seemingly dark tunnel of shame and humiliation, as we crawl ahead, let the light at the end of the tunnel approach us faster than we have ever thought of or imagined in our wildest dreams for how long shall we wait?

I have known in my life time that dictators have their own definition of some English phrases like;

1) President Paul Biya Re-elected in a country where there are no  President Bill Clintons, President George Bushes ,President Ronald Reagans, President Jimmy Carters, President Thomas Jeffersons, President Woodrow Wilsons and only a feeble and ailing long time dictator by name President Paul Biya  at about 80 years the only one good enough to continue dragging us down the drain of stagnation?

2) Landslide Victory under dictatorship and corrupt tyranny that has never known fairness and transparency except lies?

3)  Democracy with 23 Presidential candidates bribed with a lofty sum of about 30 million each  in a country of only 20 million people?

4) Supreme Court justices in a country that the judicial system is dictated by the President for the President and of the President against the people

5) Pesidential candidates who declared to run for President barely two weeks into such charade to show how in some part of West ,Africa called Cameroon, there are some human beings who are foolish enough to be manipulated like anything by a system that has said nay to accountability and transparency? Where on earth could someone win an election in a competitive democracy that is built on the rule of law?

Today, I solemnly take this oath to oncemore distant myself from this kind of very troubling pattern of insanity but simultaneously to continue this march for the freedom of Cameroon. But, I insist that President Paul Biya and the CPDM regime have proven to the world beyond reasonable doubts that they are a well crafted form of dictatorship that could succeed to live in lies.

I am calling on the United Nations and the Supreme Courts of the United States  as well as the ICC  to mount an international probe into the fraudulent Presidential elections in Cameroon with respect to our clarion call for the universal human rights and principles for human dignity to be upheld. This means that this struggle has moved to its new phase because I will never hope for any kind of violence in order to change the CPDM system in Cameroon. They should use their eyes and see. It is time up. I speak as the anointed peaceful one .

Dictator Paul Biya and his CPDM cohorts are clearly on the wrongside of history and should stop forcing themselves against the people through all the facade and false front mounted on October 9th , 2011 through bribery , fraud and lies. We cannot choose  all these over the truth. That nation , Cameroon must be a gift of God to us Cameroonians and humanity. It must not be a private plantation for President Paul Biya and his small group of corrupt Cameroonians and their children at home and abroad.

We will not give up this struggle to ensure that President Paul Biya and his CPDM big wigs are not above the rule of law.
When the rule of law is absent in any society, the effects are very damaging to any sense of good governance as well as promotion of human rights and civil rights.
It  is totally unacceptable for people to taunt our commonsense and reason with cynicism at a time in history when we all should be on the same wavelength singing songs of liberty and dancing to the music of freedom, which have all preceded us. I mean  in this age when the world hassd experienced , yet a remarkable and triumphant progress with the towering realizations and achievements of post-modern, who really wants to be stuck with a 17th century primitive mentality and governments?

Subject: Urgent Telegram to the Supreme Court of Cameroon via... My expectations from the SUPREME COURT JUSTICES OF CAMEROON

My fellow Cameroonians and Members of the International Community
Members of the Civil Society International
Members of the International  Non-Governmental Organizations
Members of the USA Congress
Members of the  Press and Media

This Telegram is directed to the Supreme Court of Cameroon via ;

1) The USA Ambassador to Cameroon in whose country, I am under political asylum

2) The Cameroon Ambassador to the United States  of America who represents and serves the Cameroon Dictator Paul Biya

Desiderata states;

"Speak the truth quietly and remember what peace there may be in silence..."

The Supreme Court of Cameroon Vs the Supreme Court of the United States

The quest for Good Governance and the Rule of law in the making

If we suppose that there is  a valid electoral law as argued below, then it goes without saying that the Supreme Court of Cameroon is  bound to cancel the fake Presidential elections or we will have to try other ways to get justice. All of us have read the law and there is sufficient grounds upon, which to annul such stupid and fake elections.

1) The Supreme can either modify the results to suit the dictator or cancel the fake elections to suit the truth and justice per the law below;
"Section 100 of the law states that, “The results of the election shall be published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French. The publication shall apply to any decision by the Constitutional Council to modify or cancel the said results.”

2) President Dictator Paul Biya and Mr Ni John  Fru Ndi declared their candidacies only two weeks into the elections ,which is clear evidence that two of them have conspired to rig the elections against the will of the Cameroon people, which is why majority of Cameroonians boycotted. It is very very disturbing that a country would be expected to elect a leader who enters into the Presidential race late. There must be a hidden agenda because no serious and responsible politician who has a sense of good governance and the rule of law would take voters, electorates and citizens for granted like this. These men toy with our lives like what. It must stop and those elections are not a true reflection of the will of the people given that majority of Cameroonians boycotted, to begin with.

3) Paul Biya was never eligible to run for President per the constitution especially article 66 ,which calls for assets declaration. The fact that he has never declared his assets as well as all members of Parliament regardless of political affiliation automatically disqualifies him and any other in that category from running for any public office

4) Elections overseas was clandestine and never respected the civil rights of all other Cameroonians under political asylum. The Supreme Court will have to deal with this issue, which is also good enough to cancel. What I mean is the Supreme Court of Cameroon must look into the reckless and fraudulent overseas mission of ELECAM,  which had barely two weeks to register Cameroonians in the Diaspora. It is mind boggling that at this time in history, a nation that has diplomatic ties with  the free world could not learn from them on how to  engage their citizens abroad. The Cameroon embassy and Ambassador within the USA has been very indifferent and hostile to Cameroonians who do not cite with the CPDM ruling Party and this alone undermines any fair and transparent elections within the USA to say the least.
All these issues and more warrant the Supreme Court of Cameroon to cancel the recent Presidential elections in Cameroon held on 10/9/2011.

Beyond the Supreme Court of Cameroon to the Supreme Court of the United States

The Political Asylee's Diplomatic Questions

Does the United States of America have the constitutional power /right to be dragged into the  constitutional issues regarding Cameroon? Well, to answer this question, one must first of all ask the question, is the CPDM Party constitutionally established within the United States? If not why are they operating here? The next question is, did the Cameroon CPDM regime register Cameroonians to vote within the USA? Who were registered and why were other Cameroonians not registered? The Supreme Court will then proceed to question the various reasons why Cameroonian citizens immigrated into the United States as well as question whether some Cameroon-American citizens and others had violated the constitution of the United States by participating in the political activities and affairs of Cameroon without due process?

I will be bound to turn to the Supreme court of the United States to seek justice if the Supreme Court of Cameroon does not do what is right, which is cancel the  fake and unconstitutional Presidential elections in Cameroon ,which sort of took place on 10/9/201. In this newest press release I have put forth  the reasons why I will seek redress from the Supreme Court of the United States and ICC etc by asking the tough questions. As you all know I am a  political asylee diplomat within the USA , which means after being persecuted in Cameroon  by the system,  I became a political advocate and activist  on behalf of my fellow Cameroonians oppressed by the system.

However, the CPDM regime and CPDM Party have children and supporters within the United States on political asylum, too. Besides, the CPDM regime have tried to manipulate the international community by expanding the electoral map as well as the political landscape of Cameroon to the United States of America but at the sametime refused to recognize every other Cameroonian's civil rights. This is justified by the fact that the CPDM Party is first of all operating illegally within the USA and worst still the CPDM Party used intimidation tactics to prevent those of us on political asylum from registering as voters or candidates for transitional change. This means that our civil rights have been violated by the  illegal CPDM Party right here in America where the rule of law is critical for the preservation of this civilization for humankind.

The Moral  task before the Supreme Court of Cameroon

In matters of Supreme injustice, the Supreme Court Justices are expected to put on their legal thinking cap and think outside of the box so as to ensure that truth, justice and the rule of law prevails over mediocrity. In the past weeks I  have raised enough awareness against the fake and unconstitutional Presidential elections in Cameroon as far as crave the indulgence of the world most powerful organization to assist us form a transitional government.

Now, under 24 hours, Cameroonians and the world are waiting for the Supreme Court to make a decision that  could catapult Cameroon into the possibilities of change or throw the nation into chaos. It is quite easy to predict the outcome of the decision of the Supreme Court Justices granted that they are always acting under the whims and caprices of Dictator Paul Biya.

However this used to happen at the time when we were  still very young and had no opportunity like we do now. The Supreme Justices are very capable to rise  above the system of dictatorship and the Dictator to prove to the world that  Cameroon is a society that also understands the meaning of " We , the people"  or look the other way as usual and face the music of an endless battle for truth and justice.

The unconditional  Downfall of the CPDM Humpty-Dumpty Regime

This moment in history is critical for all of us as I continue to make my case for a virtuous and free Cameroon.  I can't wait for the downfall of the corrupt tyranny and dictatorship in Cameroon that has bred and harbor  chronic  thieves, criminals and their children  within Cameroon and all over the world. Yes, history is on our side and I could not be more thankful to God almighty and to the founding fathers of America as well as the soldiers of  the civil rights whose spirits has ushered America and the world to a new era.

While this country has most definitely provided shelter and safety to many ungrateful Cameroonians who continue to persecute me because they see me as a threat to their corrupt parents back in Cameroon, by the same token, the United States has prepared  many of us with their story to change our countries. Only  some kind of  spiritual, moral and intellectual blind people could walk by America, live within America or study within America and fail to be inspired/ fired up by the positive  energy that she exudes. For years I was more interested in what Americans and the world have to teach me about where I come from than what they were doing wrong or right in the world.

I have a good and clean conscience to know that it is not right to be comfortable inside America while millions of my fellow Cameroonians are  oppressed and beaten down by the CPDM regime and their children living in opulence overseas. For 11 years I took my story as a born Cameroonians citizen who was persecuted in Cameroon for seeking change in the country via the Church  to the hallways of powerful religious men and women  within the United States. Oh, yes I have spoken truth to powers like never before and quite honestly there has been moment when I asked myself, was it really worth it as some of these most powerful men and women cracked down on me like the sad experience I had in Cameroon.

If I have been resilient till date, thanks to the fact that the United States remains the beacon of hope for humanity. I persisted and insisted on the  cause not only because it is the truth but more importantly, the United States society and people have trained and propelled me as a force for good in the world. My parents and my teachers in Cameroon performed a wonderful job and assisted me in laying a solid moral and spiritual foundation for the big plans God had for Cameroon and the world.

The legal case against CPDM regime and CPDM Party

  • We, cautioned all Cameroonians  who were pushing for these fake elections that President Paul Biya was NOT  first and foremost eligible to run for President.
  • We also presented clear evidence from a constitutional point of view about his  ineligibility regardless of the fact that he  tampered with the constitution in 2008.
  • We argued that it was first of all unacceptable for him and the CPDM Party to single handedly manipulate the truth and altered the constitution solely to suit his quest for life President.
  • We also argued that Paul Biya and his CPDM regime had committed  crimes against humanity with the 2008 massacre of innocent unarmed civilians as well as the arbitrary arrest and illegal imprisonment of about the same number simply because of free speech
  • We also argued that the ELECAM was unconstitutional and quite far from being an independent body that could moderate the elections to make it fair and transparent.
  • We underscored our argument by the fact that a dictator Paul Biya had appointed all the members of ELECAM to serve at his pleasure against the backdrop of all the various Governors and other Cameroon  senior ranking officials who by the laws of dictatorship must obey the command of hierarchy in a state of totalitarianism.
  • The global dimension of the Presidential charade was a big fiasco because CPDM registered Cameroonians who claimed they were persecuted by the CPDM regime to vote for Paul Biya.
  • Finally scroll all the way down and learn about the very relaxed corrupt Dictator of Cameroon boasting that some of his corrupt Ministers did not steal enough!

"Corruption/Budget Transparency9. (C) Ambassador praised Cameroon´s continued focus on fighting corruption, including renewed arrests of alleged corrupt officials, but also expressed concerns that legal procedures be fully pursued. She detailed USG support for anti-corruption efforts. Biya said he wouldn´t release those arrested for corruption "until they admit they did something wrong." He was pleased with USG cooperation in combating corruption and stressed that corrupt officials "stole a lot of money." He confirmed that more corruption-related arrests were coming under his anti-corruption initiative Operation "Epervier" (Sparrowhawk), although (contrary to rumor) he thought this would not likely
include former Prime Minister Ephraim Inoni because the evidence
against him was thin and he didn´t steal much money.
Epervier had sent a useful anti-corruption signal which has had some effect, he thought; however, he wanted to rethink the approach of arresting officials and focus more on getting the stolen money back. He had more information about corruption committed by former Secretary General in the Presidency Jean-Marie Atangana Mebara"

Janet Garvey, Former USA Ambassador to Cameroon seen here with President Paul Biya chronicled the article ,which published on wikileaks.                      Biya and U_S Ambassador Janet Garvey
