These government of thieves( Kleptocracy of Cameroon) are really sick inside Cameroon to liken an evil dictator Paul Biya who has not accounted  for the death of his first wife  to Jesus Christ.      You can't doubt the reason why the cronies of the Cameroon dictator glorify a corrupt, embezzler and agent of oppression like this ! You know, we, Cameroon global consciencefor freedom, democracy ( human rights and civil rights) good governance and the rule of law have long established that no normal people who into this life and world , after having been trained and endowed with a good conscience and a sense of humanity, will put  up with such never before seen injustice.    What has the reunification accomplished for the downtrodden, deprived, neglected and subjugated? The reunification enriched individuals like the former Prime Minister Mafany Musonge and his cronies  who over the years that they were showered with power, money and infleunce used their corrupt  powerful positions shielded by the corrupt and totalitarian regime to exploit the masses ! That is why Cameroon is a run by gangsters ,which means kleptocracy or government of professional and heartless thieves! We must prosecute this regime and all their cronies in order to bring about closure on their kleptocracy and evil inflictions on our people. We must continue to rise up in protest to the world . Going in line with the Head of State’s declaration, in his New Year address, that the 50th Anniversary of this re-union shall be celebrated this year in the Southwest Regional Capital of Buea, the population had been warming up and putting their bets for the possible date of the commemoration to be, today, October 1. But the former Prime Minister, Mafany Musonge, during one of the preparatory meetings for the celebration in Limbe, on Saturday, September 29, stated that the date has not yet been fixed. The Chairman of the Southwest Support Committee of the celebrations said the date shall be made known by the National Organising Committee of the celebrations. “The National Organising Committee will let us and all Cameroonians know when the time is ripe,” Musonge stated.   Musonge rather announced that they have scheduled another fundraising gathering for the end of October or early November.  So far, the Musonge-led Committee has organised three fundraisings, which have yielded a total sum of FCFA 127 million. The Committee disclosed that they had a previewed budget of FCFA 150 million, which they said shall be used, variedly, to cater for aspects such as entertaining guests, transportation cost for tribal groupings residing in the Southwest, gala and other needs.   Though the venue for the fundraising as well as the date are still to be decided, Musonge averred that it shall take place either in Kumba or Limbe. He urged all traditional, cultural and the different tribal groupings that attended the Limbe meeting to go back and get set for the impending fundraising. “Whatever you shall bring, no matter how small it shall be, we shall welcome it,” the participants were told.   The Limbe meeting was attended, on one hand, by the administrative, political and economic and traditional elite of the Region who saddled themselves on the high table. Among them were Former Minister, Benjamin Itoe; Adviser to the PM, Bertha Ndoh; Hon Bernard Forju and the President of the Southwest Chiefs Conference, Fon Njifua Fontem. There were also representatives of the non-indigenes resident in the Region.   Thus, the whole essence of the gathering was to sensitise the non-indigenous populations of the Region that, as Musonge put it: the Head of State, Paul Biya, who is the President of all Cameroonians will be coming to the Region. He said it was incumbent on all to come out massively and mark the day of Reunification with the Head of state.   Paul Biya Like “Jesus!”   As the various speakers took the stage to woo the hearts of these lots of immigrant Cameroonians to the Region, the Fon of Fontem and President of the Southwest Chiefs Conference, likened the coming of Paul Biya to that of Jesus (apparently when he entered Jerusalem).    “I think that it is our own Jesus coming to the Southwest. I expect that all of us should come out massively,” the Fon said. He prayed that the population would turn out and show their solidarity so that the Head of State will leave the Region more satisfied. Meantime, the Chairman of the Mobilisation and Sensitisation Committee, Hon Bernard Forju, citing the massive crowds that turned up during President Biya’s visit to Bamenda and the Agric Show in Ebolowa, urged the population to be ready to do more than what happened in these two towns.   Problems Of Roads, Water, Electricity…   The participants, when asked if they had any worries to express, urged the Musonge-led team to help channel their problems to Biya when he comes. They raised the issue of poor roads, especially in the areas of the Region which do not yet have tarred roads. One participant, Michael Fokam, did not see the reason why in Limbe, the entire population was being obliged “to paint” their houses “white.” According to him, the beauty of the Cameroon flag is inherent in the variety of colours that make it: Green, Red and Yellow. “I cannot understand how it will look like when people will come and see every place in Limbe white,” he said. “All of you on the high table are dressed in different colours and it is beautiful,” he added. Pendulum of change swings toward Government and Social Policy in Africa The Noble Doctrine of "We the People" : A perspective  for Social Justice By Jonathan Awasom There is no controversy over the fact that we are in a post-modern age otherwise called post-modernism, which marks the progressive outcome of human civilization dating as far back as the 17th century. There is a great expectation that people who have captured the spirit of post-modernism have a different mentality and attitude towards life. First and foremost the characteristics of post-modernism are what makes it very amazing and unique for further exploration. Africa has hardly been a measuring rod for excellent social policies, which is one of the main reasons why I am articulating this. The existence of unbelievable communication networks through advanced technology and science of human interaction has defined this age. This has landed the world into what others call globalization on one hand and global village on the other. Those who stick to “globalization” perpetuate corporate greed through the unrestrained practice of owning shares in most of their unethical investments anywhere in the world while those who see the world as “a global village” emphasize the doctrine of both shareholders and stakeholders through the universal principles of human dignity. In fact it is a period during, which reasonable and civilized people have resolved to distinguish themselves from beasts and primates by behaving themselves like real human beings with a soul and conscience. No doubt around the 17th century the founders of America emerged with the noble doctrine of “We, the People” in order to underscore the importance of community and society as the constitution of every government. So how can the global village be transformed into a caring or beloved community with respect to “We the People”? The pendulum of change will swing towards a comprehensive Social Policy as a measure necessary to raise the standards of living among our people in Africa. As we suggested the other day, why should we be talking about social policy? Why should we focus on public policy? Why do we have institutes of Public Policy like the Humphrey Institute in Minnesota, JFK Kennedy School of Government, Rutgers University and Seton Hall University within the United States of America? A government that is insensitive to the social needs of the people creates a statusquo of resistance to change. What we mean is the lack of social policy as a consequence of colonial and neo-colonial practices in Cameroon and Africa leads to domination, enslavement, oppression, inequalities and exploitation of the majority by the minority corporate ruling class. A perfect diagnosis of the problem has made it possible for us to explore the importance of Social Policy as one of the indicators of fundamental change. “We, the people” own the government and if we cannot hold government officials accountable, then why do we come together as a nation with people from all walks of life and backgrounds? If the government does not know that the people own them and that without the people they would not be any government, then where are we heading to in the 21st century after more than 450 years of the violation of our human and civil rights of our people in Cameroon and Africa? It is important that all Cameroonians and Africans join the new train for truth, justice and liberty for change because Cameroon is off the rail and is heading to a crash but we are able to avert any disaster and put it back on track. This must be a new decade for change because now we know what we want from a democratic government. Thom Hartman in his book “What Would Jefferson Do? A Return to Democracy” notes; “The major innovation of the founders was the idea that the government is us. It is owned by us, run by us for the benefit of us, exists solely because we continue to approve of it, and is 100% answerable to us” Therefore, if the government knows very well that they have not been democratic then they should quit deceiving our people. Just because people appear sometimes powerless or helpless or ignorant should not be grounds for oppressing them. The worst crime that a government can commit against the people is to take advantage of their innocence whereas they never wrote an application to be born and to become citizens of their own country. To come to think that anybody would be guilty for making our people who are entitled to own the government, natural resources and mineral wealth suffer in any form or shape in this world is totally unacceptable. Again Thom Hartman notes that; “There are somethings we all own together referred to as “the commons”, this include the necessities and commonalities of life: our air, water, waste/sewage systems, transportation routes, educational system, radio and television spectrums, and, in every developed nation … health care system. They also include those things held in common trust for us by our government: the nation’s parks, and forestland, the mineral wealth and grazing rights under and public lands; our beaches, sky, waterways, and ocean. But the most important of the commons in a democracy is the government itself. We’re supposed to own our government and it is meant to be solely responsible to us, the individual voters and not to corporate special interest. And make no mistake it is democracy that some want to replace with corporate aristocracy” It should be noteworthy that any government in a nation that claims to be democratic should be the function of the civil society. That means they derive their constitutional powers to govern from the people who empowered them to lead them. Therefore, “We the People” must never allow the government to bully, intimidate, threaten and scare the people worse still torture, arbitrarily arrest or kill the people. Once we discover that the government is violating the dignity of the people they claim elected them into government, we have a moral and direct obligation to stop such irresponsible citizens (government) from such abuses of our people. This pendulum will not stop swinging like the tie of a restless social policy advocate because of the forces of our common humanity and the common things we own together. Our common humanity is the desire for people to attain their livelihood in life through involvement and participation in the civil society. To the extent, which they become stakeholders in their societies and communities, by birth, right or privileges they must be educated to organize themselves in appropriate ways (under better governance and rule of law) so that the resources of the community, society or country are tapped into for the good of everyone at home and abroad. If the Dictator/ President of Cameroon is always rushing to France to meet their colonial masters to help them form a government or reshuffle the government, then the President and government is not owned by us the people. We, the People must question ourselves about why our government would hate us that much? The Pendulum for change desires a government that will be owned by the people and not by some foreign corporate individuals who look down on us and dehumanize us with their unjust and most often no social policies. SMART GOALS FOR CAMEROON GLOBAL CONSCIENCE: SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE,ACHIEVABLE, AND TIME BOUND

My fellow Cameroonians , friends and partners of Cameroon A window into a new style of leadership and Management of Cameroon under SWOT and SMART analysis We have some SMART GOALS we must be working towards as the world is waiting for Dictator Paul Biya and his illegitimate and illegal CPDM regime to respect the rule of law and leave as demanded by law. Recently you have heard me focus on some useful acronyms within the realm of leadership and management of organizations, communities, societies and countries lately! This new approach is an indication of how ready we are to lead our nation and people forward towards a much better present and future after some 50 years of lack of SWOT and SMART analysis to say the very least ! Our dying quest to develop a country and civil society that takes accountability and transparency as essential components of good governance and the rule of law is outstanding and we are very humble to always share our deepest sentiments as well as our new found knowledge and preparedness So, I would like to continue to call upon all of us to keep exploring and developing necessary policies to match theories and concepts that would otherwise be irrelevant if they are not anchored within the reality of our own lives or societies. So, today let us look at SMART as a follow-up to SWOT analysis. First and foremost , let me refresh your memories about SWOT. Although , we have not yet analyzed our take on the words with respect to Cameroon, I think everyone can explore this individually and any volunteer can outline their own perception and perspective of how they see SWOT in terms of Cameroon. S= Strengths of Cameroonians W=Weaknesses of Cameroonians O=Opportunities for Cameroonians T=Threats to Cameroonians Now, what should be our SMART Goals for Cameroon at this juncture? 1) Kick dictator Paul Biya out from power through the non-violent just peaceful revolution as soon as possible 2) Dissolve his dent of thieves called government and Parliament immediately and establish a Cameroon Truth commission to probe 3) Set up an interim governing council called transitional government to last for 24 months charged with nation rebuilding drawing from the lofty ideals and vision of the President of the Transitional government 4)Empower Cameroonians and friends of Cameroon, partners, sympathizers and citizens of the world to participate in nation building with their expertise from various fields and background as directed by the transitional government in order to propel nation on the steady path to progress and development. 5)Partner with the UNO , US Congress and other credible members of within and without the civil society international to organize and execute free and fair democratic elections to enable citizens to exercise their civil rights by casting their votes as a means to make their voices heard in the democratic process to elect their public officials including but not limited to Mayors, Council members, Judges of the Courts, Governors, Parliamentary or Congress Representatives, Senators , Vice President and President of the country. He must stop his illegitimate and illegal actions because we are not hoodwinked or fooled at all by his stubborn resistance to respect the rule of law and get out. It is very important for us to let the world know about how we feel strongly against the state of affairs in Cameroon right now under a brutal and monstrous regime. Therefore, on behalf of the oppressed citizens of Cameroon and the world, it is hereby declare that Cameroon Global Conscience states that ; All members of the CPDM government of Cameroon from top to the bottom are high profile criminals and must be brought to justice and held to account without exception and without prejudice Dictator Paul Biya of Cameroon since 1982 till date who has been scandalously and shamelessly appointing and dictating Governors , Government Delegates and Divisional officers on us, Cameroonians contrary to the ideals and principles of democracy is never going to be above the rule of law. That even if he(Paul Biya) expires today accidentally, he will be exumed and brought to court to answer to his crimes of smoothly preaching democracy and brutally practing dictatorship and tyranny. Our Mission In another sense, Cameroon Global Conscience is a proactive force calling( inviting, mobilizing, galvanizing and energizing) all Cameroonian advocates, activists, campaigners,community and organizational leaders, community organizers, opinion leaders, prayer warriors and concerned friends and stakeholders of Cameroon and Cameroonians from all walks of life all over the world who have the interest of Cameroon and humanity at heart to take action. That regardless of their background, people of all creed, good conscience and ideas for building Cameroon to work together as one body to outrightly reject dictator Paul Biya 's notion that he is above the rule of law but to assert the rule and belief that DICTATOR PAUL BIYA OF CAMEROON FOR 30 YEARS NOW MUST NOT AND NEVER MUST BE ABOVE THE RULE OF LAW CONSISTENT WITH UNIVERSAL AND SOVEREIGN LAWS THAT GOVERN NORMAL PEOPLE. The Seven objectives of CGC : 1)To accelerate the practical diplomatic and legal steps necessary to put a timely end to the CPDM regime and their corrupt totalitarian tyrannical rule on Cameroon , Africa and the world. Therefore, Cameroon Global Conscience is any Cameroonian or friends and sympathizers of Cameroonians going to court anywhere in the world where CPDM and Paul Biya have interest to seek for notice in court and raise awarness against the lawlessness of the CPDM regime and to bring legitimate lawsuits against them as deem appropriate 2)To encourage and empower Cameroonians and friends of Cameroon to be involved in nation building under a proposed twenty-four (24) months transitional government working side-by-side with Cameroon Empowerment Platform( CEP) to achieve the vision for a virtuous and free Cameroon( V.FREECCAM) also enshrined into the Great Charter for freedom of Cameroon( Magna Carta) 3)To use the evidence-based advocacy approach to legally remove Dictator Paul Biya from power based on the Constitution citing and insisting on gross violation of article 66, corruption and embezzlement charges based on his 200.000 million dollars unaccountable stolen wealth and public funds, crimes against humanity citing 2008 massacre of Cameroonian unarmed civilians, fraud and injustice in the arbitrary and retaliatory arrests of some members of his government citing life imprisonment imposed on Forjindam and the other members of his governent like Chief Ino Ephraim, Marafa as a political ploy by dictator Paul Biya to placate people and eventually cling unto power for life 4)CGC is arguing from the standpoint of accountability and transparency that Dictator Paul Biya is not above the rue of law and does not have the moral authority to engage in such arbitrary arrests because his hands are also very corrupt, dirty and bloody. Besides, all members of his CPDM government are corrupt and also liable for the same charges for either corruption, embezzlement or crimes against humanity. Therefore only the transitional government will have the constitutional mandate to act 5), To call upon the US Department of Justice and Homeland Security to to partner with us to enforce their laws against the CPDM Cameroon Kleptocracy and support our drive to consfisticate all stolen public funds from children of the CPDM regime resident here in the United States as executors of their parents ill- gotten wealth. That other measures by CGC will lead to similar actions in Canada and Europe and Africa. 6) To identify and increase the various strategic outlets to the various global forces that can be sympathetic to our cause to assist, support, advice and sponsor our drive to achieve our vision for Cameroon. We are referring to members of the International Community, the US Congress and Senate, UNO etc etc 7) Participation is open immediately to anyone or any body of people who have some ideas and are willing to make a commitment to work towards good governance and the rule of law for a new Cameroon. All you need to do is contact me with what you think or what role you want to play to make these 7 objectives come to fruition. You can donate money, make phone calls, write letters or simply forward this information to whoever you believe can support us to succeed. What you should do is circulate this information to all Cameroonian forums and communities as participation is not mandatory but open to people to volunteer with their good conscience.If you just want to play a silent role in the background by being incognito, that is also welcome because I have been working with people who support this vision in the background as advicers in one way or the other.
