Subject: [DALFCAMNET] Complaint filed with the FBI against CPDM-USA
--message forwarded--
Rev. Pastor Reports the CPDM party to the US FBI for Human Rights Violation, its members applying for Asylum in the USA and acting as spies against its citizens living in the USA.
Complaint filed with the FBI against CPDM-USA by Rev. Jonathan Awasom
Today I spoke with US FBI officials against the total and shocking misrepresentation and mischaracterization of pro-CPDM Cameroonians in the United States of America against false political asylum. We had a very lengthy conversation and the Officers were deeply concerned that they were Cameroonians resident in the United States and working for the same government that they denounced and rejected in their asylum documents.
They praised me for bringing the matter to their attention and said " That is exactly what you are supposed to do". The FBI officer asked my name, date of birth, address and other detail information about me.I was very excited to provide as much information as I could. Then he told me that he would call me back.He called back after 20 minutes and gave me a special fax number to fax some information to him. I spent over 15.00 dollars to fax the information, which was requested. In a telephone conversation he could feel the pain and frustration in my voice, although I was calm.
Yes, if anyone thinks we are joking then we have reported this matter without blinking our eyes.We will provide as much information as we can.We will not stop until we see that justice is done. Why was it necessary to report immediately? The pictures of those children are very disturbing and the action of these folks very provocative because clearly for the last one year that we have been speaking against the CPDM supporters in the USA, it has been falling on deaf ears.
Those pictures remind me of my own life as a kid in Ps Alabukam. More than 30 years after, I still see children studying under those conditions? Then why was I born before them? I have a moral and divine obligation more than ever before to follow my conscience. I can't hide and pretend to anyone that this normal. It is unacceptable.
We have a moral responsibility at this hour in History to stand up for our fellow Cameroonians being tortured by dictators back in the Country. The United States is not a society for dictators and corrupt people.
We have come a long ways in all these wranglings and shockingly enough it appears some of these CPDM members here in the United States take some of us for granted. No, there are very mistaken.. Thanks to all Cameroonians who had the courage to raise the alarm and for being very sincere with their anger and frustration.
When we are complaining , we expect them to be considerate and sensitive to our feelings and concerns.Yet, they look at us as toothless bull dogs! That may be true because we often do not have any shred of evidence to hold against them . Who could not be shocked and frustrated to see emails circulating about plans to spend money in Los Angeles donated by the First Lady of Cameroon? This is not the first time that CPDM officials have come from Cameroon to reward CPDM in the United States for working for them. The archives of such visits by Professor Ngole Ngole are there for review.
Look at little innocent children gnashing their teeth under inappropriate circumstances because of corrupt dictators and their followers inside a free society. Oh no, it is not right and I assure you that the United States officials will never approve of that type of conduct. If we are quiet, silent, scared or drag our feet in any form or manner, then we are guilty of acquiescence. We must act fast so that you know we are not afraid of your deliberate and heartless campaign against our people.
We came here and asked the United States government for asylum because we were either arbitrarily arrested, tortured detained and released or threatened, intimidated and retaliated against by the brutal regime of Dictator President Paul Biya. These facts are documented and stored in a private file by the United States immigration. For this reason, we have continued to distant ourselves from the continuous violation of human rights by the government. So, those of you who also requested asylum from the same US immigration officials against the CPM regime must explain yourselves.
Up till now they don't get it.What are you explaining with the immigration magazine?
In the United States, 1.00 dollar is a theft. Charitable organisations have laws and if you broke those laws , you'll have to account. They are many of you who have established all types of fake charitable and humanitarian organisations whereas you are pro-CPDM militants being sponsored to misrepresent and confuse United States officials. Your pro-CPDM causes stand in our way because United States officials don't know the truth. You are in your thousands spying against thousands of innocent Cameroonians so that your superiors back in Cameroon will retaliate against our love ones.
Enough is enough. The handwriting is on the wall. You,Cameroonians in the United States supporting and working for the CPDM government of President Paul Biya and First Lady Chantal Biya misled the United States officials that you were persecuted in Cameroon by the CPDM regime. You demonized and castigated President Paul Biya and the First Lady Chantal Biya, the Ministers, soldiers and all members of his government for flagrant abuse and violation of your human rights. We need to know if you have reconciled with the corrupt and wicked regime of President Paul Biya and Chantal Biya to the extent , which you could be play host/ hostesses to her at a Los Angeles Party? What has changed?
We can't fold our arms and see our people tortured like that on daily basis.Nobody is against National Day Celebration. It is not owned by the CPDM government or opposition. It is the property of Cameroonians, which we have the right to celebrate if the country was united. In fact, while in Cameroon, many of us participated in all National and Youth Day Celebrations. We took part in a tense march pass exercises in order to compete with other Colleges in Bamenda. So, it is not the issue. You can attend your parties in a grand style and elegance. It is commendable.. However, the Cameroonian Ambassador to the United States must understand that we are not joking.
I personally have a very high regard for the Cameroonian Ambassador to the United States. His Excellency must realize that we expect excellent treatment of Cameroonians in the country in this moment in History. We are also very interested in the well being of Cameroonians in the US and back in the country and most importantly in the development of the Country. But there are serious issues that must be resolved in order to enable us to work together. All those Cameroonians CPDM supporters who are nosing around the Ambassador like ACCDF and misleading him should know that there are other voices outside of their secret network who are not looking for selfish goals.
We want the Government of Cameroon to release all political prisoners and also stop torturing Cameroonians otherwise we shall challenge the presence of the Cameroon government in the United States with the kind of horrible human rights records. We value and love the relationship between Cameroon and the United States so much but we will not like this relationship be built on falsehood and lies.We want this relationship to reflect the values of free and civilized people. This is a follow -up to my memorandum to Dr John Chato and his counterparts in the US.
If you have any questions about the steps we are taking, please feel free to contact me for more information. In the meantime, Concern Cameroonians are called upon to support our effort to right the wrongs committed against our people.
Thanks for your attention and cooperation
Rev. Jonathan Awasom
