Subject: Urgent Telegram to the Supreme Court of Cameroon via... My expectations from the SUPREME COURT JUSTICES OF CAMEROON

My fellow Cameroonians and Members of the International Community
Members of the Civil Society International
Members of the International  Non-Governmental Organizations
Members of the USA Congress
Members of the  Press and Media

This Telegram is directed to the Supreme Court of Cameroon via ;

1) The USA Ambassador to Cameroon in whose country, I am under political asylum

2) The Cameroon Ambassador to the United States  of America who represents and serves the Cameroon Dictator Paul Biya

Desiderata states;

"Speak the truth quietly and remember what peace there may be in silence..."

The Supreme Court of Cameroon Vs the Supreme Court of the United States

The quest for Good Governance and the Rule of law in the making

If we suppose that there is  a valid electoral law as argued below, then it goes without saying that the Supreme Court of Cameroon is  bound to cancel the fake Presidential elections or we will have to try other ways to get justice.All of us have read the law and there is sufficient grounds upon, which to annul such stupid and fake elections.

1) The Supreme can either modify the results to suit the dictator or cancel the fake elections to suit the truth and justice per the law below;
 "Section 100 of the law states that, “The results of the election shall be published according to the procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and French. The publication shall apply to any decision by the Constitutional Council to modify or cancel the said results.”

2) President Dictator Paul Biya and Mr Ni John  Fru Ndi declared their candidacies only two weeks into the elections ,which is clear evidence that two of them have conspired to rig the elections against the will of the Cameroon people, which is why majority of Cameroonians boycotted. It is very very disturbing that a country would be expected to elect a leader who enters into the Presidential race late. There must be a hidden agenda because no serious and responsible politician who has a sense of good governance and the rule of law would take voters, electorates and citizens for granted like this. These men toy with our lives like what. It must stop and those elections are not a true reflection of the will of the people given that majority of Cameroonians boycotted, to begin with.

3) Paul Biya was never eligible to run for President per the constitution especially article 66 ,which calls for assets declaration. The fact that he has never declared his assets as well as all members of Parliament regardless of political affiliation automatically disqualifies him and any other in that category from running for any public office

4) Elections overseas was clandestine and never respected the civil rights of all other Cameroonians under political asylum. The Supreme Court will have to deal with this issue, which is also good enough to cancel. What I mean is the Supreme Court of Cameroon must look into the reckless and fraudulent overseas mission of ELECAM,  which had barely two weeks to register Cameroonians in the Diaspora. It is mind boggling that at this time in history, a nation that has diplomatic ties with  the free world could not learn from them on how to  engage their citizens abroad. The Cameroon embassy and Ambassador within the USA has been very indifferent and hostile to Cameroonians who do not cite with the CPDM ruling Party and this alone undermines any fair and transparent elections within the USA to say the least.
All these issues and more warrant the Supreme Court of Cameroon to cancel the recent Presidential elections in Cameroon held on 10/9/2011.

Beyond the Supreme Court of Cameroon to the Supreme Court of the United States

The Political Asylee's Diplomatic Questions

Does the United States of America have the constitutional power /right to be dragged into the  constitutional issues regarding Cameroon? Well, to answer this question, one must first of all ask the question, is the CPDM Party constitutionally established within the United States? If not why are they operating here? The next question is, did the Cameroon CPDM regime register Cameroonians to vote within the USA? Who were registered and why were other Cameroonians not registered? The Supreme Court will then proceed to question the various reasons why Cameroonian citizens immigrated into the United States as well as question whether some Cameroon-American citizens and others had violated the constitution of the United States by participating in the political activities and affairs of Cameroon without due process?

I will be bound to turn to the Supreme court of the United States to seek justice if the Supreme Court of Cameroon does not do what is right, which is cancel the  fake and unconstitutional Presidential elections in Cameroon ,which sort of took place on 10/9/201. In this newest press release I have put forth  the reasons why I will seek redress from the Supreme Court of the United States and ICC etc by asking the tough questions. As you all know I am a  political asylee diplomat within the USA , which means after being persecuted in Cameroon  by the system,  I became a political advocate and activist  on behalf of my fellow Cameroonians oppressed by the system.

However, the CPDM regime and CPDM Party have children and supporters within the United States on political asylum,too. Besides, the CPDM regime have tried to manipulate the international community by expanding the electoral map as well as the political landscape of Cameroon to the United States of America but at the sametime refused to recognize every other Cameroonian's civil rights. This is justified by the fact that the CPDM Party is first of all operating illegally within the USA and worst still the CPDM Party used intimidation tactics to prevent those of us on political asylum from registering as voters or candidates for transitional change. This means that our civil rights have been violated by the  illegal CPDM Party right here in America where the rule of law is critical for the preservation of this civilization for humankind.

The Moral  task before the Supreme Court of Cameroon

In matters of Supreme injustice, the Supreme Court Justices are expected to put on their legal thinking cap and think outside of the box so as to ensure that truth, justice and the rule of law prevails over mediocrity. In the past weeks I  have raised enough awareness against the fake and unconstitutional Presidential elections in Cameroon as far as crave the indulgence of the world most powerful organization to assist us form a transitional government.

Now, under 24 hours, Cameroonians and the world are waiting for the Supreme Court to make a decision that  could catapult Cameroon into the possibilities of change or throw the nation into chaos.It is quite easy to predict the outcome of the decision of the Supreme Court Justices granted that they are always acting under the whims and caprices of Dictator Paul Biya.

However this used to happen at the time when we were  still very young and had no opportunity like we do now. The Supreme Justices are very capable to rise  above the system of dictatorship and the Dictator to prove to the world that  Cameroon is a society that also understands the meaning of " We , the people"  or look the other way as usual and face the music of an endless battle for truth and justice.

The unconditional  Downfall of the CPDM Humpty-Dumpty Regime

This moment in history is critical for all of us as I continue to make my case for a virtuous and free Cameroon.  I can't wait for the downfall of the corrupt tyranny and dictatorship in Cameroon that has bred and harbor  chronic  thieves,criminals and their children  within Cameroon and all over the world. Yes, history is on our side and I could not be more thankful to God almighty and to the founding fathers of America as well as the soldiers of  the civil rights whose spirits has ushered America and the world to a new era.

While this country has most definitely provided shelter and safety to many ungrateful Cameroonians who continue to persecute me because they see me as a threat to their corrupt parents back in Cameroon, by the same token, the United States has prepared  many of us with their story to change our countries. Only  some kind of  spiritual, moral and intellectual blind people could walk by America, live within America or study within America and fail to be inspired/ fired up by the positive  energy that she exudes. For years I was more interested in what Americans and the world have to teach me about where I come from than what they were doing wrong or right in the world.

I have a good and clean conscience to know that it is not right to be comfortable inside America while millions of my fellow Cameroonians are  oppressed and beaten down by the CPDM regime and their children living in opulence overseas.For 11 years I took my story as a born Cameroonians citizen who was persecuted in Cameroon for seeking change in the country via the Church  to the hallways of powerful religious men and women  within the United States. Oh, yes I have spoken truth to powers like never before and quite honestly there has been moment when I asked myself, was it really worth it as some of these most powerful men and women cracked down on me like the sad experience I had in Cameroon.

If I have been resilient till date, thanks to the fact that the United States remains the beacon of hope for humanity. I persisted and insisted on the  cause not only because it is the truth but more importantly, the United States society and people have trained and propelled me as a force for good in the world. My parents and my teachers in Cameroon performed a wonderful job and assisted me in laying a solid moral and spiritual foundation for the big plans God had for Cameroon and the world.

The legal case against CPDM regime and CPDM Party

  • We, cautioned all Cameroonians  who were pushing for these fake elections that President Paul Biya was NOT  first and foremost eligible to run for President.
  • We also presented clear evidence from a constitutional point of view about his  ineligibility regardless of the fact that he  tampered with the constitution in 2008.
  • We argued that it was first of all unacceptable for him and the CPDM Party to single handedly manipulate the truth and altered the constitution solely to suit his quest for life President.
  • We also argued that Paul Biya and his CPDM regime had committed  crimes against humanity with the 2008 massacre of innocent unarmed civilians as well as the arbitrary arrest and illegal imprisonment of about the same number simply because of free speech
  • We also argued that the ELECAM was unconstitutional and quite far from being an independent body that could moderate the elections to make it fair and transparent.
  • We underscored our argument by the fact that a dictator Paul Biya had appointed all the members of ELECAM to serve at his pleasure against the backdrop of all the various Governors and other Cameroon  senior ranking officials who by the laws of dictatorship must obey the command of hierarchy in a state of totalitarianism.
  • The global dimension of the Presidential charade was a big fiasco because CPDM registered Cameroonians who claimed they were persecuted by the CPDM regime to vote for Paul Biya.
  • Finally scroll all the way down and learn about the very relaxed corrupt Dictator of Cameroon boasting that some of his corrupt Ministers did not steal enough!

 "Corruption/Budget Transparency9. (C) Ambassador praised Cameroon´s continued focus on fighting corruption, including renewed arrests of alleged corrupt officials, but also expressed concerns that legal procedures be fully pursued. She detailed USG support for anti-corruption efforts. Biya said he wouldn´t release those arrested for corruption "until they admit they did something wrong." He was pleased with USG cooperation in combating corruption and stressed that corrupt officials "stole a lot of money." He confirmed that more corruption-related arrests were coming under his anti-corruption initiative Operation "Epervier" (Sparrowhawk), although (contrary to rumor) he thought this would not likely
include former Prime Minister Ephraim Inoni because the evidence
against him was thin and he didn´t steal much money.
Epervier had sent a useful anti-corruption signal which has had some effect, he thought; however, he wanted to rethink the approach of arresting officials and focus more on getting the stolen money back. He had more information about corruption committed by former Secretary General in the Presidency Jean-Marie Atangana Mebara"
