Professor Dr  Emmanuel Konde
African History Professor at Albany State University, Georgia , USA

Response from the genius

I don't know if  the Queen's language has a prefix component  to someone 's name as DEFROCKED AWASOM ?  You mean to say that  you don't know how to address someone properly in English ?

This must be a problem of your moral decadence and abuse of the virtue  and proper use of language . Since you are a primitive black Cameroonian-American man, your primitive and beastlike mentality has infiltrated the Queen's language since you were never properly trained on the importance of manners in public discourse. The Queen 's language and the Queen have taught us that we should be respectful when we agree to disagree with one another but you are always demonstrating to a lot of people that you are a protoype of a mean -spirited  primitive lost man from African wandering in the civilized America pretending to be a Professor of African history and yet have no idea about the history of  how the  Queen 's language came about to dominate the  socio-cultural and political landscape of Africa.

It is logical that if you wrote of the Queen's language, you should have also written about the Queen because the English woman is the substance and the Queen's language is the shadow !  The shadow is derived from the substance and life  has value and meaning when we focus on the substance. Absurdities and mediocrities reflect people who dwell on the shadows .

Your problem is that my level of consciousness is refined  and advanced to the extent, which your inferior and primitive level of reasoning as a result of your romance with absurdities and mediocrities has deprived  you of the truth.  In order for you to rise to the level of moral consciousness you 'll need to be educated about truth because you don't know what is called truth. Your mind is very twisted and corrupt.
The Queen 's  language refers to an English Woman!  That English woman must be the Queen per your comments. You cannot have it both ways !
You are involved in petty semantics in English and I am not sure you know what you are writing about

Why does a Professor like you call me names when you are indeed a parasite of the British and American heritage?

You still have a twisted mind ,which is why when you disagree with someone who is smart and intelligent than you, you  degenerate .

Mr. Agbor,
What kind of empowerment does a 20 or 21-year-old man want as a student?  You have to study how leaders are made through thorough grounding in the rudiments of leadership.  I am not referring to European examples.  Have you read anything about the West African "jihadists" (reformers) of the 19th century?  Do such names like Usman dan Fodio, Ahmadu Lobo, al-Hajj Umar, Samori Ture, etc., ring a bell?  It takes long years of study and learning to become a leader, usually between 15 and 30 years.  Two years in a university, without even a first degree, does not make a leader.  What happened with the now defunct UBSU at the University of Buea was truancy and vagabondage carried to the level or criminality.  A leader knows when to push, when to pause, and when to retreat.  The young ignorami of UBSU do not know what freedom entails because the ignorant can never be free.  Ignorance is a very debilitating state of bondange.  The first measure of true freedom is mental.
The defrocked Awasom demanded to know from me whether the Queen was a Cameroonian.  I wrote of the "Queen's Language"--English, and not about the Queen--English woman.  Why is Awasom not writing in his native Ngemba dialect?  Whichever language we choose to communicate in should be mastered by all.  If the Communication Office of a student organization cannot "communicate" effectively in the language of their choosing, what are we to make of those who occupy that office?  It appears that they preferred political activism, becoming leaders prematurely, to learning.

Dear Sea gol,
Where did Mr. Awasom go wrong? You are right that, "University is an educational center designed for learning, research, and intellectual advancement." But what is the purpose of education in the first place? Refer to Jonathan Awasom's post to fine the answer-No one can deny the role of empowerment in education for teachers and students alike. If you research more about the theories of empowerment and social change, you will conclude that the university has been a true place for empowerment.

The university is what empowers the Guru (Dr. Konde) to give himself the title in the first place; it is equally the empowerment factor that gives my brother Dr. Egbe the authority to pray for a hierarchical structure both at the university and state level. UNIVERSITY IS A CENTER FOR EMPOWERMENT. Dr, Awasom is right.

Jonathan,
Can you shut-up that your mouth, yes, you shut it up, before I use razor blade to advance it, nonsense: University is an educational center designed for learning, research, and intellectual advancement - and not an empowerment center - NGOs empower and not University. --- On Fri, 3/8/13, Jonathan Awasom <camerooncitizensforfreedom@yahoo.com> wrote:

The essence of the university is to empower students but if the university is being politicized by corrupt individuals under a corrupt regime , then the students must stand up and retain their rights as well as restore sanity to the University .
Student associations and Unions are part of the politics of every university and if that is being abused, it is very reasonable for these students to seek their rights. They are on track and we stand shoulder with them till justice is done
Besides, nobody is perfect in any particular language because the Queen's langauge is not an African or Cameroon language to begin with. The way they express themselves is good enough
You make their case valid when you refer to the language as Queen's language.
Don't they have their own language?
Is the Queen a Cameroonian?
Konde you have a slave mentality, which is why you lack understanding of what is at stake here !

I strongly decry and condemn the misuse and abuse of the Queen's Language by this defunct student union of the University of Buea--UBSU. It is now lear to all and sundry that the primary "duty" of students is learning and not political activism.

UB UPDATES:
